Pros (+) Room and bed were comfortable
Cons (-) Key cards would stop working after about 1 hour so we kept having to go to the front desk to get them reswiped. Staff was extremely unhelpful and actually rude a few times. Won't be staying in IHG hotels anymore.

Cons (-) I booked this hotel last minute. An unexpected death in the family prevented me from going on the trip. I called immediately to cancel. The "policy" for the hotel was cancel at noon then day of arrival for reimbursement with no reimbursement of the first night. Understanding this I requested reimbursement of the second night. Pros (+) The room was great, bed was a dream
Cons (-) The breakfast staff need to improve their process. They ran out of most of the protein for 20-30 minutes.... Is should be a sin to run out of Coffee at breakfast...especially when you put out three pots of regular and allow all of them to go empty
