Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near the airport and the helpfulness of some staff, as well as the efficient shuttle service. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, outdated rooms and bathrooms, and inconsistent service quality at reception and during breakfast. Some guests appreciated the breakfast and amenities like the pool, though there were negative remarks about the pool's temperature and maintenance. Parking fees and value for price were also points of dissatisfaction for several guests.

Our stay at the hotel was fine until 3 a.m. when a fire alarm started going. The building was evacuated until 4 a.m., along with our two-year-old son, who didn't go back to sleep until 5 a.m. We could...

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable but the dust in the room was appalling ....my girlfriend who I FaceTimed said what’s all that dust on the bedside cabinet
Cons (-) Better housekeeping that room hadn’t been cleaned in a week ....if I had stayed more than one night I would have complained .....I wasn’t even asked how my stay was when I checked out

Cons (-) I found charging for WiFi access to be a little petty. It's free for Hilton Honors members, so I signed up, but then was told it couldn't be given to me since I booked the hotel through a third-party ...

Pros (+) The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. I didn't bring a bathing suit, but the pool area looked very nice.
Cons (-) The prices at the hotel restaurant were a bit much and you need a car to get to places that are more reasonably priced in the area.

Pros (+) Almost nothing.
Cons (-) Filthy hallways on the 7th floor where my room was. Expensive wi-fi that was absolutely horrible. If I'm going to pay money for wifi it better be good --I wasn't even able to face time using the wifi....
