Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location, with many finding it ideal for exploring the city. Some guests noted that their rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, there were frequent complaints about water outages due to renovations, lack of communication about these issues, and problems with air conditioning and service. Cleanliness and service were mixed, with some positive experiences but also several negative ones, particularly regarding staff attitude and responsiveness. Bathroom issues, including lack of hot water and cleanliness, were a recurring concern.

Pros (+) This hotel is in walking distance to the Target building and several amazing night clubs and themed pubs. Parking included was a huge benefit.
Cons (-) The hotel cleaning staff is Somali and being woken up to extremely loud yelling in Arabic was disturbing.
