‘Car play’ kept dropping off otherwise car was just fine. I rented a Nisan Rogue AWD. Drove over 2100 miles in Alaska. No problems.10.0 Wonderful

The fact that there are several locations and they appear to operate independently of each other. For example, the car I rented online was not at the airport (which I did not realize until reaching the airport). The airport location was unable to honor the rental price.8.8 Very Good

A great rental in every way, save one. (Mandated insurance, see below)Cons:
If you cannot prove personal collision coverage, they mandated at least their minimal insurance package. Did not see anything about this when making the reservation. In looking at the fine print, this insurance provides a MAX of $1000 coverage for a cost of $30/day. It just seemed excessive in my opinion.8.0 Very Good

There is a huge disconnect between the website used to rent the car and local store policies. Nowhere on my confirmation did it state that I needed to present proof of insurance at the time of pickup. The local store required proof of insurance including my declarations, forcing me to buy insurance!8.8 Very Good

Nothing stood out as being noticeably good. They were short staffed which had the one front desk worker a little stressed. He wasn't the friendliest, but then again neither am I when I'm stressed. Be sure to read the fine print before booking. There's a $500 mandatory hold if you use a debit card to pay. Also, there's a charge per day for additional drivers. If you're from out of state, they require to see your plane tickets confirming your return flight. And if you do not take their insurance option, you have to show them proof of your own personal car insurance and it has to be full coverage. Also, don't be like me and not check to see if this location is at the airport before booking. This location is not the one at the airport and it'll be about a $15 cab/uber ride to get there.Cons:

It took longer than expected to actually get the rental car. When I went out to inspect it before leaving, it was not clean.
