Excellent customer service by a staff member named Anthony. He helped us store out luggage the day of departure and ordered us a taxi to go to the airport.

Cons (-) The concierge was on the phone when the front desk person was away from the front desk. When I asked if there were any beach towels, she didn't stop her conversation as it looked like I was bothering her and just pointed to the front desk. I had to wait for the front desk person to arrive 5 minutes later for a beach towel.

Cons (-) The staff were extremely rude. They didn't have the correct room for us and claimed they have no association with Kayak. We were surprised with a $20 "service fee" which paid for a pathetic breakfast, inadequate wifi and beach towels. The wifi kicked you off every 15 min. Pros (+) The location was great. Just one block from ocean drive and about 20 min walk from Lincoln Road. The staff was very friendly especially the doorman. He was very attentive and proactive when he noticed we needed beach towels. We would stay again.
Cons (-) Maybe some better quality pillows and a coffee maker in the room.
