Pros (+) Nothing. Very unprofessional and not helpful front desk personal. I will not be staying at the Lexington Hotel in the future.
Cons (-) We booked the hotel room two weeks in advance but were not able to get a room when we arrived at the hotel. All the rooms were booked and we were forced to book at a different hotel with a higher price which made very inconvenient and frustrating. Pros (+) Pool is cute. Location is decent. About 10 min to winwood and to Sobe. Pretty much beach front location
Cons (-) The power went out in the hotel for 24 hrs. This started around 1130pm and continued until 230the next day. There was no manager On duty in the middle of the night to explain anything to anyone. The people who were n staff were clueless. Where was they're back generator?! Pros (+) Location is great, right next to the beach, if that's a place you want to go. The bus stop in front of the hotel will easily take you out of Miami Beach, which is essential. Rooms were simple but comfy.
Cons (-) Bathrooms could get renewed a.s.a.p. The hotel restaurant, in the basement, did not inspire any trust. Had to walk a couple of blocks, or take a bus, to find a reasonable place for breakfast.
