Pros (+) Nothing. Very unprofessional and not helpful front desk personal. I will not be staying at the Lexington Hotel in the future.
Cons (-) We booked the hotel room two weeks in advance but were not able to get a room when we arrived at the hotel. All the rooms were booked and we were forced to book at a different hotel with a higher price which made very inconvenient and frustrating.
