Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, noting its proximity to the beach, bus stops, and local amenities. However, the majority of reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the service, describing the staff as rude, unhelpful, or inattentive. Cleanliness is another major concern, with many guests reporting dirty rooms, pests, and lack of basic supplies like towels. Bed comfort is also mentioned as an issue by several reviewers. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and comfort.

Pros (+) Close to the beach, literally like 30 seconds.
Cons (-) Other than that it looks absolutely nothing like it did in the picture. Like NOTHING. Water didn't get hot 5 of the 6 days we spent there. Customer service with me and other customers that I observed while in the lobby was despicable.
