Breakfast is not a buffet and it is a continental. The cofe and courason is served to the customer by the flagpole. The meal can be upgraded according to the menu. Why does this information not appear to the customer before booking a room???.

Everyone who worked there was lovely
The facilities were worn and outdated and not very clean. There were no drawers for storage in the room and no real tv to watch the news plus no comfy seating area, in photo there was a nice sofa in the room.

The location is superb. The staff are excellent and it is nice to stay in a hotel with history and character.
Could do with a bit more storage space for clothes and shoes.

Perfect location, helpful staff
On its face nice, but not very clean; my bathroom needed some serious cleaning and renovation; very small rooms; problems with AC and no remote to control it in a room; no normal desk in the room (just a tiny little desk on which it was very difficult to work or do anything)
