All in all you get what you pay for

Its in south beach, close to restaurants, liquor stores, pharmacies (cvs and walgreens), that lincoln road mall thing, so you really dont need a car. Beach is a block away. Location in a general way is very nice. Pool is pretty big. Employees are nice.

Beds were a little on the hard side, water from shower had no pressure, so showering wasnt the best experience either. But i mean, its there, so its not really a big deal. Thats it really. Oh, no complimentary coffee until 11:30 but thats just me being a cheap bastard.

Great experience overall

Very Nice Hotel, The fully equipped apartment suites are great! Very nicely decorated, comfortable & spacious! Staff was very friendly & helpful

Parking on site was not good at all, the spaces were so tight you could barely squeeze out of your car & I own a small Hybrid...I ended up with a few dents in my doors. To top it off parking was $30 a day.

Great older hotel, clean and affordable

$1 happy hour was great. Hotel room was clean and decently appointed. We were able to find a great deal online, but only if you purchase online. You get a complimentary spot on the beach. Hotel is close to clubs and only a block or so away from the beach.

unfortunately miami beach was so crowded, i felt more like a sea lion than a beach-goer. Breakfast was not complimentary, Even a dixie cup full of waffle batter would suffice, especially after $1 happy hour.

service was not good

The $1 happy hour from 7-8 PM. The plus point was it location on South Beach and walking distance from the major bars and beach.

AC was not working properly in our room. Even after complaining thrice. They claimed to fix it but it wasn't working. Eventually we gave up.

We had some problem during check-in, the reception desk could not find our reservation data, but the front desk resolved the problem, and demonstrated the customer caring attitude.

The facilities are old, not in good condition.

The hotel smelled good when u came in but our rooms were stink. The smell in my friend room was so unbearable. They stayed with me. Then my last day. I had to take a cold shower. Than to top it off the show ever wouldn't turn off. I plumber came to my friend room to fix the plumbing for the smell. Then they came to my room to turn off the pipe. The hallway was stink as hell. And carpet look dingy. Would never come back here and I already started spreading the word. Sorry

Everything was ok, clean and personal was friendly. I stayed there 3 days. But at the end they charged me 90$ more 30 for daily parking and internet.
