Pros (+) The breakfast was below standards, One is a lot better of getting breakfast elsewhere. No communication services, I needed to make an urgent international call and there was no phone in the room end they where unable to help me out. The rooms do not have air conditioning, not even a fan.
Cons (-) The furnishing the room itself and bathroom where ether deteriorated unfinished.

Pros (+) Location, walking distance of many great spots Helpful employees Price, hard to find better price
Cons (-) Noisy, You can hear everything that goes on Water temp, I wasn't able to get a decent water temp going on any of the four days I stayed over there. Very small My keycard was reset everyday No AC but that is kind of typical No toilet paper first few days Housekeeping threw away my wrapped up snacks (or ate them)
