+ Location in relation to convention centre. Staff attempted to be accomodating but really could not a resolve issues. - rooms are old and need repairs. Floor boards have large gaps. Unsightly & dangerous. No refrigerator in rooms. Upcharge if you want one. Business side of hotel very stark and boring. No signage for getting around.
