Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location, which is central and convenient for exploring the city, as well as the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty linens and rooms, and some guests were disappointed by the lack of included breakfast or its poor quality. There were also complaints about room size and comfort in a few cases. Overall, while the location and service stand out as positives, improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast offerings.
