Breakfast was lacking yogurt and other things im guessing due to the pandemic. Location near the freeway.
Carpets look warn, otherwise it was nice.
The desk staff were the most compassionate people I've ever met. We had a family situation that required us to leave after only 4 hours at the hotel. I apologized and said I would pay for the day. They adjusted our date to cover the time we were there. These are tough times for everyone but the hospitality sector has been hit extremely hard. I can't relay now much I appreciated this kind gesture.
I like an eating table in a room, especially a room with a microwave and refridgerator. This room didn't have one.Short but more than sweet.
It’s was decently cleam although the pricey, the manager is definitely disrespectful and doesn’t know how to talk with people. And the staff must take after him cuz most of them have a irritable demeanor as well.... without the manager and staff it would be more comfortable..
The manager likes to yell at people/ employees and doesn’t work well with people
Cleanliness,extra nice staff!
The price was right, and the room was clean and well equipped with standard amenities and comfortable beds. Very much a basic place to stay.
While centrally located and conveniently situated next to I-5, accessing the hotel is frustrating. The roads go in and out wrap around in circles, and area residents laugh at that as if it’s a local joke. Getting in and out directly from I-5 is fine, but if your going other directions it is weird. I spent about 20 minutes driving in circles trying to get in. It isn’t the hotel’s fault—its the city, but getting in and out was an exercise in futility. The rooms are kinda old looking and you can hear literally everything from adjacent rooms. Breakfast was gone by 10AM which was minor given everything. Staff seemed pleasant tho and locals have nice things to say about the hotel.
