Pros (+) Staff spoke good English and were willing to resolve problems.
Cons (-) Noisy rooms, Elevators don’t work. Had to use stairs most of the time. Good thing we were on the 4th floor.

Pros (+) i liked the staff. very polite and accommodating
Cons (-) the pool was filthy. the guests were dirty. elevators leaked water from ceiling. it was busy and not very private. the ocean had lots of dangerous waves and jelly fish. food was mediocre. there was construction going on and it was very loud!!!! could not sleep in! it is far from the city.
