Staff very police, clean hotel, great location, and value for money! I was put into the fifth floor, in a quiet spot of the hotel. I will stay again!
Everything was very good. But the soundproofing was a bit poor. I could hear the next room's tv at normal level. Hence if you are a light sleeper and have a noisy neighbour, you are in bad luck. However, mine was quiet usually after 11.30 so it was fine.

A typical business hotel. Very convenient to the station. Clean and reasonably modern. Nice breakfast for 800 yen. A good value overall.

Everything was excellent: very clean room and bathroom, friendly staff, great location - 5 minutes away from the Matsumoto Station.
