One of the best hotels ever stayed at, food, drink and accommodation are exceptional. The staff couldn't do enough for their guests and the Animation team were great. Top marks
Nothing to dislike at all
What a pleasure to stay where we were happy to stay about hotel 90% of our visit..
The hotel was so clean I was so surprised they even wash the sun loungers omg the walls, so not only in the rooms but all around the hotel, you see the staff cleaning all day long they really take pride in the hotel
The hotel was well maintained you didn’t see any rubbish laying around the children’s area was perfect too, I can’t fought this hotel not one bit, I definitely would stay there again
The hotel was clean and the food was good. As with most all-inclusives the food does get a bit samey but when they’re feeding the masses it will do. But always edible and nothing wrong with it. The entertainment staff were always high energy and as we went outside of the holidays it wasn’t too crowded. Also a free safe and WiFi which although only a small thing, makes all the difference!
There was no fridge in the room. My family member had to pay an additional €65 for a fridge for 6 days which was unexpected. The air conditioning wasn’t the best but was left on all day in the end so it wasn’t so hot to come back to. I would say be careful with this because I was supposed to be charged in euros as I paid upfront on booking.com to get a slightly reduced price...I was charged in sterling and given a completely shocking rate so ended up having to pay about another £50 on top of what I was expecting to pay. Obviously booking.com have not sorted this out despite communication over a period of months which is extremely frustrating...so I would advise people to check this out via TUI to avoid getting ripped off!
The self service bar, the cava and cocktails on the all inclusive and the food at the pool bar and the restaurant were delicious.
It would have been better if there had been a fridge in the room. Also the option of a room with a bath would be good. When I arrived they had already charged the credit card I used to secure the booking. I wished to pay with a debit card so they agreed to refund the credit card and take a debit card payment. They said that charging the credit card was a booking.com policy but I have used booking.com many times and never had this issue before.
This family-friendly San Bartolome de Tirajana hotel is located near the beach, within a 15-minute walk of Kasbah Shopping Center and Yumbo Shopping Center. Maspalomas Dunes and Maspalomas Golf Course are also within 3 mi (5 km).
