In winter time the room and other areas are a bit cold, not prepared for cold weather. Also the corridors and this time my room looks not being well maintained.

Excellent breakfast. Staff very efficient and helpful. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Excellent location for airport navette and for sightseeing tour bus stop.
Room was a little tired in comparison to the public areas.

The staff was very nice and the pool area is beautiful .
Internet was almost non-existent asked the staff twice and they just said they will be restarting the router and modem but nothing. The New Years Eve party was wayyy too expensive ($230 USD) for what we received. It was buffet type of food but the taste and quality was really poor. The room in itself was dirty, looking under the bet it was full of dust and the bathroom walls had stains all over. Would definitely not recommend this hotel for its price to quality.
