Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and attentive staff, and enjoyable breakfast. Many appreciated the beautiful grounds and decor, as well as the comfortable beds in some rooms. However, several guests noted issues such as cleanliness concerns (including unpleasant odors and mold), uncomfortable room temperatures, noise disturbances, and overpriced food and drinks. Some also mentioned limited amenities and extra charges for parking. Wonderful
Bob, Nov 2019
Pros (+) Ambiance was nice, not like usual cookie cutter hotels. Breakfast buffet was expansive. Golf course view from 5th floor was beautiful. Hotel staff was pleasant. small market in lobby very convenient.
Cons (-) Room service served in plastic containers delivered in a paper bag. If the "Do Not Disturb" tag is on the door past noon don't expect maid service.

Pros (+) The staff was wonderful. The beds were awesome. It's a great hotel for weddings and banquets. I have no complaints!
Cons (-) We had the view of the parking lot. The neighborhood adjacent to the hotel is a little depressed.
