Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for travelers passing through, and noted that rooms were generally clean and comfortable. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of breakfast or poor breakfast options, complicated self-check-in processes, and limited or absent staff presence. Some guests also mentioned issues with amenities such as air conditioning, elevators, and room equipment. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were appreciated, service and breakfast offerings were major points of dissatisfaction.
