Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent beachfront location, friendly and helpful staff, and the well-maintained pool and garden areas. Many found the atmosphere relaxing and suitable for families. However, several reviews mentioned that the rooms and facilities are dated and in need of renovation. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but not outstanding. Value for money was a common concern, with guests feeling that prices were high for the quality received. WiFi was often reported as only available in public areas, and some guests noted extra charges for amenities.
