9.2 Excellent
Pros: The place is very peaceful and nice. The beds and pillow were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. The access to the beach was great.
Cons: The service was slow. We had trouble with the AC it would be ideal if there was how to use it. The place can use some improvement.
6.3 Good
Pros: The beach, the pool, food
Cons: The personal on reception and all rooms looks old
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The view of the whole bay from the hotel was beautiful having access to the beach was great.
Cons: The service was slow you ask for something you ended up not getting it.The food for the buffet needed to be filled quicker there were alot of trays empty. The hotel needs some improvement.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Architecture
Cons: Rooms are old.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The view has great, but the rooms are very far from the lobby and resort area.
Cons: Horrible staff. The front desk were not very helpful and the waiters by the pool area were very rude. A waiter was the worst.
7.9 Good
Pros: Legazpi restaurant is Outstanding! Brisas Beach club with Magdaleno excellent. Service and employees outstanding throughout. Front Desk, Bellboys, Restaurants, housekeeping all 5stars
Cons: Air Conditioning was not good. High Temp and high humidity you would hope to retire to a room with good air conditioner but units in both rooms would not get below 28 degrees C, which is unacceptable and extremely uncomfortable. Golf course was disappointing, could be better maintained/manicured for the amount of green fees charged.
7.5 Good
Pros: A picture perfect confortable friendly place to stay.
Cons: All was good.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location was beautiful, the beach was a very short walk and it has a very nice swimming pool.
Cons: Lack of maintenance, felt that it needed more activities or events to keep the guest entertained
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything The
Cons: The ants
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view from the room. Staff was very friendly. The beach is nice and private.
Cons: Restaurant was a bit slow to get food, After check out you can stay on the property but they take your bracelet for all included.
6.3 Good
Pros: Pool and beach
Cons: Some staff, unable to exchange currency. Staff unwilling to do the xtra and lack of communication for activities. We never found out about music or other activities.
7.9 Good
Pros: Loved the views and the access to the ocean. My partner and I also loved how spread out the sleeping quarters were from the pool and other activities- it made the noise level great.
Cons: We didn't like the fact that our hotel room hadn't been cleaned, there was still nose/facial hair on the sink from the previous guests. We also didn't enjoy the leaking air conditioner, it made massive puddles throughout the day and night. There were also A LOT of ants, it's understandable for there to be a few considering where we're located, but there were tons. We stayed 2 nights and no one came in to give fresh towels/pick up dirty coffee cups after night 1 (the ants loved the left over dirty coffee cups).
Barceló Karmina - Manzanillo - Building
9.0 Excellent (3,920 reviews)

The Barceló Karmina (5-star) hotel, distinguished with the 4-diamond AAA recognition, is located right on the beach in Manzanillo. Its spectacular architecture, inspired by Mayan temples, together with the tropical gardens and a private beach, make this hotel a paradise for relaxation and entertainment for the entire family.
5.7 Okay
Pros: looks nice and clean
Cons: The receptionist at the premium section were like robots and not very friendly or sincere. We did not get out room until 3pm, fist time that has ever happen in all my travels. Food was tasteless
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very nice
Cons: The water on the pool didn’t looked clear Looks like its not clean
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cleaness, hospitality, entertainment
Cons: One of the swimming pool smelled dirty.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good. The hotel is beautiful except for the restaurant.
Cons: The food at the restaurant was not great. It was just ok. Definitely overpriced. The bathroom was beautiful but the soap dispenser in the shower was broken, details like that made the hotel look like it's not been taken care of. Internet was not free.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything about, staff was friendly , food was delicious l really enjoyed my stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room is so nice!!!!!
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything was great! The food and the service.
Cons: Nothing everything was great.
7.9 Good
Pros: Pools and beach area had snorkeling were nice. Great bar service and lobby was one of the nicest we have ever seen. Our room was better than expected, which was very nice.
Cons: The food never truly met our expectations. While we are from the USA and are not used to traditional Mexican dishes, the last resort we stayed at had tremendous food, however similar dishes here were often below par. Also, the shows were not quite family appropriate with some fairly revealing outfits of some of the dancers. Other than food, we were quite happy.
5.0 Okay
Cons: No waiter service / weather / no ability to reserve in restaurants / no drink on arrival / show not fully operational
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room we ordered has 2 beds but when we checked in they said that they had no more with 2 beds
Cons: Facility was good
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Food was good.
Cons: We didnt get the rooms we wanted. Family members had 4 people in the room and they put them in a one bed room. When we asked for two bed room they said they were out and there was nothing they can do. We had booked from feburary and stayed there in July. Water pressure sucked, elevator broke down, and there wasn't hot water two of the three days we stayed. The only reason why vacation wasn't ruined was because I have family that lives there. This is the first barcelo I have stained in and wasn't sad to leave. Will never stay at this barcelo ever again. Would recommend Barcelo at Riviera maya and los cabos san jose; they have great staff and focus on you having the best experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff

5.0 Okay
Pros: Reception staff were friendly and efficient.
Cons: Cleaning staff are slow and seemingly unable to re-prioritise their work. The air conditioners in the hotel rooms emit a strong smell of damp (the filters need to be changed). The cleaners use strong smelling cleaning chemicals to hide the smell, which just makes things worse.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: If you have business to do in the Port , it is a good place to spend a night or two.
Cons: Being close to the port and on a main road means that the area is far from pretty or pleasant .No restaurants in walking distance.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice. Room was very clean. Enjoyed the swimming pool, very relaxing.
Cons: Location wasn’t great as we were on a main road facing the busy port with lots of trucks 24 hours a day. But we managed to get transport easily to take us where we wanted to visit.
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff cleaning Coffee fruit
Cons: Swimming pool cold and in the shade at300. Having to bus and taxi for meals u need a waffle machine for breakfast.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was okay...nothing special...just a typical Holiday Inn room.
Cons: I paid ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY SIX DOLLARS for one ordinary room on Thursday April 18th. The next day, rooms were available at SIXTY DOLLARS! BUYER BEWARE! I will never stay here again.
Tesoro Manzanillo - Manzanillo - Building
8.4 Excellent (1,221 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Nestled on the beach, this Manzanillo property is within 1 mi (2 km) of Playa Olas Altas and Playa La Audiencia. Playa Miramar is 2.9 mi (4.6 km) away.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I was there for business and the hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and the location great.
Cons: The fact that there is no internet in the resort besides in the reception area. Being there for business this was quite important and crucial.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, also Francisco, the tour or Nader is an excellent tour coordinator and helped us out when we needed it. Hats off to Francisco!
Cons: To stay an extra night seemed a little steep. So we didn’t. A special rate should be set aside for people that want to spend an extra night that of already been there for three or four days. That would be very nice. And yes we will come back again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and well maintained property.
7.5 Good
Cons: The food
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the bed was so comfortable!!!! The facilities were all so clean, the staff was so friendly and attentive. The Italian dinner by reservation was delicious!
Cons: I wished they had more of a food selection. It was all delicious and well made, just more of a selection.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view was beautiful! Staff is very friendly. Big room with fridge. They keep water and sodas stocked in them. The location is great. The pool never got crazy crowded so it was enjoyable for all. Lots of places to sit in the shade and enjoy the view. The sun rising from behind means you get practically the whole morning in a shaded pool. The rooms were nice and cool for when you want to escape the heat. They had shows and dance parties in the evenings. Sports on the beach. I saw a children's play area but it wasn't open when we went, appeared under construction so call ahead if this matters to you. The gym is big and has free weights, cardio machines, a TRX cable and lots of room to use for other workouts.
Cons: The food was not great. It was edible and there were options to choose from. It's good in that you won't overeat since the taste isn't great. Desserts were hit or miss. The drinks are strong on the sugar, low on alcohol. Ketchup is watered down. No blankets on the bed. Just the sheets and a thin cover. With the air blasting, one may want thicker cover. But I also didn't check to see if I could adjust the air and I didn't ask for a blanket so it's possible this isn't an issue that can't be resolved. I was fine with the sheets but others may not be. Not a lot for teens to do, it seemed. Or we weren't aware of those activities. Just swimming and the beach, maybe a boat ride but would have been nice to know all the options. So do your research ahead of time. We weren't there long enough for it to matter.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The resort is a well run, busy, very-family friendly resort that seems to be popular with Mexican families. Beautiful protected bay, very safe paddling area. Beach is a little short for good walking but very peaceful. We also enjoyed the nightly shows and the a la carte restaurants.
Cons: We are a retired couple who were expecting a week of relaxation. Much as we like children, we weren't expecting quite as many. Every meal in the buffet facility was punctuated by wailing or screaming children, no doubt exhausted by a day in the sun and short on naps. Tip- the a la carte restaurants are good and recommended to get away from the chaos in the buffet area. Final complaint - the recreation staff blare music, with huge speakers, heavy bass, at the pool from first thing in the morning to 7-8 pm. If your room overlooks the beach and pool, its hard to get away from it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: No ice machines
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The restaurant had a great selection of food. The staff working at the restaurant were very pleasant and friendly
Cons: The front desk person was very rude when checking in. She could have been more polite and respectful. The room smelled really bad, and to make things worse the toilet stopped working the second day. Definitely it was not worth the prize we paid.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Loved the staff! There was not one staff member who failed to acknowledge us every time with a pleasant smile. I especially enjoyed the water aerobics. After each session we were given a temple massage by the instructors.
Cons: We could only think of 2 things that would have made our stay more enjoyable. The first one was all the birds and their droppings in the open restaurant. That's a tough one cuz we enjoyed sitting out there. Probably the our biggest concern were the waiters in the ala carte restaurant. Compared to the waiters in the other restaurant they were very slow and not as attentive. Both times we were there, they failed to bring us our second drink order.
4.2 Okay
Pros: BeSutiful
Cons: Staff the women in the dining and towel area very unfriendly

8.4 Excellent (187 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Hotel Albatros in Manzanillo, you'll be on the beach, within a 10-minute drive of Playa Miramar and Playa La Audiencia.
10.0 Excellent

7.5 Good
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: More restaurants within aa couple of blocks
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything about the hotel except the location l
Cons: The location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the ocean
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location. That's really it.
Cons: The first room they put me in had an ocean view, but no wifi. I told them I needed it for business, so they moved me to another room in which the only window looked out onto the hallway. The bed was hard and the pillows were SO hard I had to go buy my own after the first night. There was NO HOT WATER in the shower the entire two days. And the wifi in that room was so poor that I was not able to hold a video conference the next day, so I lost money. The furniture in the lobby is covered with sheets, as is all the furniture in the, what I assume was, the dining room. At first I wondered if they were really open. When I checked out in the morning the night clerk was sleeping on the sofa and I had to wake him up.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, very friendly employees, best value and the cherry on top “gorgeous beach access and view!!! If you don’t care about fancy, this is the place for you
Cons: The entrance is misleading because it needs some paint and new furniture. If they pain the outside of the hotel and update the reception they will make the impression that the rooms and their pool have.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, beautiful place. I recommend the ocean view room
Cons: It was great

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It located in beach view
Cons: NA
4.5 Okay
Cons: This was under construction. Two rooms down they were breaking down 12 inch thick roofs off of 4 rooms. Working 9am to 7pm with multiple jackhammers. Very disappointed that we were not told ahead of time so we could get a room within the free cancellation. Lots of noise and mess even ended up on our patio. Shame on you booking and Shane on hotel for depending on reviews and no follow up. We have used booking through out Canada Mexico and USA. I will be looking for another provider. Have stayed at marbella several times and will be looking for another hotel.

7.5 Good
Pros: The food
4.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel was throwing a party that went on until 2:30AM. One could not sleep as a result of how loud it was. I complained at the front desk multiple times to no avail. That destroyed what would have been a nice stay. Prime location by the beach but the blatant disregard of the hotel on the guests being able to sleep ruined everything. Will never come back. Also terrible parking.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Vista great. Staff very friendly
Cons: Low water pressure. Toilet seat didn’t stay up. Food was mediocre Pool was very hard to get out of. Needs steps and hand rail

Pros: Location of this hotel is great. Everything you need is from walking distance. I loved my morning swims with the ocean waves right next to me. Made it so much more beautiful. Definitely going to visit again! Thank you staff for everything.
Cons: Everything worked out well for me
7.1 Good
Pros: The room was fine BUT it needed an in room coffee maker! Instant coffee in the lobby is a wretched excuse for real coffee in a coffee growing country! Omg. I also booked and paid for a room EOTH a hot tub. The water was indeed hot BUT the tub couldn't fill because the stopper didn't work! A huge disappointment. Also the drink venfingachine in lobby didn't work and there were no drinks available to purchase in lobby. Also NO ice cube trays in fridge. Also no dishes, glasses or cutlery in kitchenette. Kitchenette needed a kettle, too for hot water. There were no face cloths in bathroom.
Cons: See above. The price and location are all right BUT the rooms should have a Coffeemaker Kettle Ice cube trays Dishes Glasses Forks, knives, spoons Facecloths These are ALL basics that should be on ALL rooms. Why not yours? Also FIX or remove drink vending machine. Get RID of Nescafe Instant coffee! Who drinks instant? Yuck! Mexico has wonderful coffee. Put some in every room WITH coffeemaker.

7.5 Good
Pros: I like the location most. It was near the ocean and some good restaurants.
Cons: Some necessary items in the small kitchen were missing and I had to get the staff to provide them. There were no reading facilities and no reading lights.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Walking distance to beach.
Cons: The smell ! The room had a sewer like smell that did not go away the 2 days we stayed. And also the back patio door did NOT lock. I talked to front desk person. And all he said was " I have worked here 1 year and nothing has been missing" I was not comfortable with leaving my personal belongings in room.specially when our room was first level straight out the pool area. Alot of people were around and anyone could have jump over and enter via that patio door.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Don't permit smoke in the hotel area, please.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Large rooms. Comfortable bed. Was able to hire a DVD player and movies free of charge. Nice view
Cons: The staff at both reception and the restaurant were rude and not very welcoming. No wifi (advertised as ‘Free WIFI’) was no breakfast despite it being ‘included’ in price of room. Bathroom was dirty (had body hair throughout shower) sewerage smell coming up out of drains
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, the room was very comfortable, air conditioning, the view was outstanding. The breakfast was included and was delicious. Swimming pool clean and the small portion of private beach was enough, clean, really relaxing.
Cons: It is not comfortable for people with motor disabilities, since there are no elevators, there are only stairs to go to all sides and it is difficult and tired for older people or with moving problems. There are ramps l, but they’re very inclined.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views. Great location. Unique hillside architecture. Great value. Good exercise.
Cons: That I couldn't stay longer.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: lovely secluded beach
Cons: unfortunately lots of steps
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool, beach area, lovely views, stairs kind of fun of you don't mind them.
Cons: Isolated, mosquitoes, kind of neurotic about borrowing beach towels.
6.3 Good
Pros: The view from the balcony was amazing. The place is clean. Tv has plenty of channels. The pool was nice .
Cons: There is no real parking, just few spots and they get full quickly so you have to park on the street. Restaurant staff is lazy, service is really bad they don't care about you, food was not tasty and the included breakfast was cold, the dishes were finished already and we had to wait for them to replenish. The safety box was inoperable. The curtains are not black out, so certainly you wake up very early because sun light. Air conditioning was barely working, not cooling enough. And worst of all, incredibly though, there is NO internet in the hotel, only on the restaurant.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and view was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. We were there in low season so was very quiet.

Cons: N/a
5.8 Okay
Pros: nice bed, easy access (if you have a car), and a really good restaurant around the corner (semi-pricey though).
Cons: Rundown facilities. Sanitarian installations obsolete! Leaking water both from toilet and through shower door. Nowhere to hang a wet towel! And the maid left the clean towels right on the toilet seat with the lit open! With my ten years in Mexico, I've never seen that before. Scrambling furniture from other rooms as well as very noisy when toilets from other rooms were flushed. Broken mosquito net. In all not worth the price.
6.7 Good
Pros: The room rate per night are really good in relation to the quality. It looks old and even it is clean, it does look like.
Cons: The hotel is mot adecuate for people with movility problems
Camino Real Manzanillo - Manzanillo

7.0 Good
Cons: limited supply of hot water.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything we were looking for in old town Manzanillo. Historic building, great staff, clean room , good restaurant in hotel and the price was right!
7.9 Good
Pros: Very comfortable beds. Hot water, strong shower, great colonial building.
Cons: noisy in the morning as staff was setting up for breakfast at 6am! a bit dark in the rooms but overall ok
5.8 Okay
Cons: There was no wifi (although it was advertised as having wifi), the restaurant was closed and so was the bar even though it was 6.00pm on Saturday. I was told "tomorrow" for all of these services - very poor!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: best place downtown Manzanillo.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location down town and near the beach
Cons: The parking structure was difficult to get in and out
7.9 Good
Pros: Brand new elevator!
Cons: Wi-Fi wasn't working and the light switch for the bathroom was by the bed, really weird.
7.9 Good
Pros: Close to centro.
Cons: Room need to be updated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location
5.4 Okay
Pros: Proximity to downtown core where a festival was taking place with concerts. Convenience of a great breakfast at their in-house restaurant
Cons: The view of our room was to a 6'x6' courtyard where we could hear and see other guests use their water closets. Air conditioning could not be adjusted so it was too cold to use and the room ended up too warm. Sheets were stained. We ended up having a confrontational registration. Somehow the clerk could not process our two MasterCards and insisted it was the fault of our cards. We took the time to check with our credit card company and all was fine. We think the clerk was not using the proper vendor code. Then the manager had not verified the updated stay period for our confirmed trip and charged us for three nights when we had changed the dates to two nights a few weeks prior to arriving on site. She was unwilling to give us the one day credit and was unbending in her resolve, being very unpleasant with us, even when we showed her Bookings' confirmation. After several minutes with us trying to contact Bookings' customer service, and her reviewing her emails, she relented and gave us the credit. It was a rough start to our trip.

5.4 Okay
Pros: I wouldn't stay at this location unless I'm on a really low budget and don't mind the "hostal" room environment. The regular rooms are not worth the price at all, and the worst is how loud the bar is at night. FOOD IS REALLY GOOD. Eat here, but stay somewhere else
Cons: really poor room for the price and so loud from the bar past 1am I almost left to find a different hotel. No real shower water - only dripped out at best. Price included breakfast - that was a joke. Breakfast was in a plastic box of an apple and bag of granola.
6.3 Good
Pros: The people where super nice and also the beach and the view. A great place to have a party weekend.
Cons: It was very loud in the private rooms form the bar eather you party or you can't sleep ... The bedlinnen was not clean.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the balcony on our room overlooking the beach! The Hostal prepared a simple breakfast and put it in a little lunch box for us.
Cons: Everything was extra... Towels, AC. And there were was not even any hand soap for the bathroom. We knew there was loud music playing every night, but some nights it goes really late.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The bathroom should to have the door. Should tell the custumer about time to eat breakfast. And should have welcome towel for clean the feet.
Cons: The staffs of hotel because they are not friends and too chill so they did not take care or recommend us in the thing we should to know.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is awesome. There is a bar which is very nice and good prices.
Cons: We couldnt sleep at night because the place is super noisy. Shower at the bathroom was clogged so it took forever to take a shower. If you stay there just make sure you take the room facing the beach, so you dont get all the noise from the bar.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: That the beach was supper close.
Cons: This is a bar with rooms upstairs, it is not a hostel. This place host parties until 4 am with big speakers that are so loud. I was not able to sleep, the rooms have walls made out wood and you could hear all the sound from the street and from the speakers, the music was on my ears. Honestly, it hurt so much that I feel like they will bleed. I asked to speak with the manager who was in the so call reception but a soon as he heard manager, he left. I complained to staff and she said that on the website was stated that music was until 2 am. I left so disappointed and I asked another person who is the manager? Which it was same person that I saw in the reception. (White man) I spoke with him, and explained the situation and he said that because it was holly week thet music was until 4 am. I told him that this was so ridicules and the he must mention that on the website. Also, he should stay in my room for one night and see if he can sleep. Moreover, I had bedbug bites in my arms and legs which I also mentioned to the owner and he replied that I wasn’t from his hostel. A staff go into the conversation saying that it was from the beach which I didn't agree. After I was so angry and left conversation with the owner. Later on a staff told me that I leave the premises and I can get the last night money back to which I did. I was supposed to get a nice relaxing vacation and I got nothing of that just the opposite, so disappointed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place and location
Cons: None
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was fantastic and the terrace amazing. Very nice to wake up to the sounds of the waves and walk 10 steps and see some of the most beautiful beach front in the world. The hostel was clean and it had a really cool vibe.
Cons: Can't help being next to the road but the music in the bar was very loud at night. Complimentary ear plugs would be good.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very basic, but it is a hostel. Very clean, nice staff, some English. No TV phone AC extra. Very dog friendly.
Cons: Be aware, rooms are over a bar, and bars are open until 3am. We mostly slept thru it but if you are a light sleeper, could be issues.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hostel was right on the beach. The room was so clean; the sheets, bathroom, towels. Decorations of the hotel was original.
Cons: The staff were not nice. Especially the women at the reception desk was so cold and rude. So dont expect any smile or a friendly welcome. The rooms of the hostel are located right on the bar, and the walls are made of wood. It was so loud until the bar closes, 2-3 am. The bar owns the chairs on the beach so if you want to stay at the beach you need to keep ordering, even though we are guests of the hostel we were just like a regular costomers from the town.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Exelent food and greate staff
Cons: Room need a little remodel
5.8 Okay
Pros: The Solarium. The waiters in the restaurants and the one female at the Information desk that speaks English.
Cons: Needs more upkeep in general. They did not have our reservation in the system when we arrived. Never a good start. Could not get a decent glass of wine. They have one brand that they serve in restaurants and that we paid to have delivered to our room. It was AWFUL. We love Mexico and the people there but this resort definitely caters to their culture.
4.6 Okay

Cons: The place its sale as 5 stars but ist more like 1 star
5.0 Okay

7.9 Good
Pros: Really nice. Some areas need some upkeep, But you can only notice them if you pay close attention

Pros: Aquatic activities during the day and view from our balcony! That's all!
Cons: People were rude from the beginning to end very few of your employees were pleasant! Bathrooms from toilet to sink and tub were broke! Keys to our room never worked! I would go to lobby and everyone would be in a bad mood a rude! Toilet got clogged at least 2 times a day had to call several times to get that fixed cause one call was never enough! Everything in room was broken! We were suppose to get refills in our fridge of water and soda and that never happen! Our rooms never got cleaned they would only do beds and floor not even sweep it was always dirty! And to top it off All my three children got food poisoning and that was by far the worse experience of our lifes! Will never go back!

7.9 Good
Pros: Location good even though there was some city construction/road repair going on at access point to property. A/C was nice. Food at buffet was good. Staff friendly.
Cons: We booked 2 room for 1 night. Entry doors to rooms dragged on floor and should be cut to fit better. Shower glass only covered half shower area. Shower water sprayed into rest of bathroom floor. This makes bathroom floor slippery, especially for my elderly mother and all others. Nearby beach had lots of debris even in the water.
