Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location in Chinatown, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Many reviewers appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the spaciousness of the rooms compared to other budget hotels. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting cockroaches and untidy conditions. Noise from the street and the hotel's worn-out condition are also noted as negatives. Overall, the hotel stands out for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
