Pros: Luca was an exceptionally charming host. Took care of our every need, spoiled us! His recommendations for dining were spot on. We ate fantastically in Fiumicino at Osteria L'Orologico, a superb seafood restaurant. As Luca said, the fish is so very fresh as the fishing boats are just across the street in the Tiber River. Terrific!

Pros: Owner/Operator of the Sleep & Fly hotel was excellent in every way!! Easy to communicate with, direct confirmation of reservation, good value for money paid, very stylish and clean with a great breakfast & cappuccinos! Also very quick and easy private transportation available to & from FCO airport within minutes! Excellent English spoken and a very warm welcoming reception from Owner Luca; even tho our arrival was late in evening.

Pros: A small bed/breakfast type place run by very friendly and helpful father and son. They truly were happy to have us stay at their property and were proud of their facility. Very good restaurants just across the street to choose from for an evening meal. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay near Rome airport. Plus they shuttle you to and from the airport in about 5 minutes.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was extremely pleasant experience from the first minute. The reception lady made us feel very welcomed and the room was beyond our expectations!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location to the airport in Rome is excellent. The little harbor village is a perfect place to wrap up a long trip to Italy. It is 10 mins to the airport, but you also get to explore a harbor town, which was an unexpected bonus. The fish and gelato here are delicious. The parking is on the street, but it's very easy to find. The room was spacious and the dining room for the superb breakfast was incredible - view of the harbor. Watch the fishing boats come in, stroll the pier, eat one last meal all while knowing you are going to make it to that airport with plenty of time to spare.
Cons: My husband (Mr. Safety) noticed that the hotel did not have a sprinkler system. With candles all around, some people may think this place was unsafe (I did not). There are some stairs before the elevator which might make it hard for some people. The shower was so ridiculously small with a wall of glass missing on one side, water went all over the bathroom. NO usb outlets in this room. Everywhere else we stayed in Italy had many.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay before an early morning flight out of Rome-Fiumicino. Restaurants and shops within walking distance, and very friendly staff who scheduled a private taxi to take us to the airport very early the morning of our departure. The bedding was very comfortable and the room exceptionally clean.

Cons: Nothing at all, fantastic stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: definitely the best thing about this place is the owners. The most friendly people I've met in a long time. So warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem. We arrived very tired, the airline lost our bags, and we were hungry. Andrea dropped us to a lovely little local restaurant for some late dinner, and also picked us up again, exactly what we needed after the stress of lost luggage. He also dropped us to airport in the morning. Such lovely people. We stayed for one night as we were travelling again the next day. Great place, lovely comfy beds and nice coffee and continental breakfast in the morning. A real home from home. Thank you!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I stayed at BB Fly and Beach for one night before heading home to NYC from Fiumicino airport. This B&B was the perfect location (only 15 minutes from the airport) and *surprise* just steps away from a beautiful beach where we watched the sun set on our last night in Rome! Andrea and his family were very welcoming and helped us bring all of our luggage upstairs to a perfectly clean room. I highly recommend this B&B if you have an early flight out of Fiumicino- because the trains do not run early enough to get you directly there from the center of Rome. Andrea even gave us a ride to the airport at 6AM, which was extremely helpful! Highly recommend! Thank you Andrea!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The B&B was very close to the airport and right across the road from the beach. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. They had breakfast ready for us in the morning and the husband drove us to the airport which was VERY helpful!!
Cons: Everything was ok. Having a window in the room would have been nice but not necessary. Just a thought.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful relaxed family atmosphere. The entire family was very friendly. It was easy to get to the fabulous beach.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Andrea and his wife are excellent hosts. Andrea helped us with transport from and to airport and also to and from train station during stay. House is 100m from the beach, what you appreciate after city trips. Room is air conditioned and comfy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The minute we arrived we felt comfortable and welcomed. Anything we needed was provided and at the same time our privacy was respected.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were two beers in the fridge which we eventually drank at the beach although it was dark and cold outside. The people were extremely friendly. The coffe in the morning was really good, I did not have such a great coffee in a while. Transportation to the airport in the morning was also included.
Cons: Their English was a bit poorer, but they were very nice and sweet. We were able to understand eachother.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner Andrea was very warm & welcoming. Check in was fast, the room was spacious, clean and well appointed. They have a mini fridge in the room with free water and beer which was a nice extra. The B&B is right across from the beach, we were there on the off season but it was nice to have a view of the ocean. The free ride to the airport for your morning flight is also a big plus!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check in was a breeze and the owner, Andrea was very nice and gave us good suggestions about the beaches and dining options. The bedroom we stayed in had a balcony and we could see the ocean. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. The beach is across the street, so an easy walk to relax and enjoy!! We would stay here again.
Cons: There was nothing that we did not like.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great - close to airport and water. We could park our car onsite. Staff are very warm and welcoming
Cons: Breakfast was full of very processed “long life” and packaged products ie American buns, square sandwich ham and processed cheese. Fresh whole fruit was available and I brought my own tea bags and fresh milk. There is neither a fridge nor a kettle in the room but Clara was very accommodating and put a kettle on the kitchen bench and allowed me to store my bottle of fresh milk in the shared kitchen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We only booked as an overnight stop before taking morning flight. However we were pleasantly surprised to find Fiumincina is a lovely little beach town in its own right. Really nice sandy beach and plenty of family friendly restaurants close by. Very friendly helpful young woman on reception , and breakfast. Very good breakfast as well. Would definitely use again.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: We wanted to be near the airport and the beach as we only gad two days in Rome. Suite Room Fiumicino was ideal as it was close to both.
Cons: The breakfast was fair, not too much selection, everything was pre packaged. Cakes were very dry and the same cakes were put out on all three breakfasts we had.

9.0 Excellent (745 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Villa Rosita in Fiumicino, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Ostia Antica and Fiera di Roma. Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and multilingual staff. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The property was clean and well appointed, with an efficient and friendly management - and very conveniently located to the Airport. We especially found their shuttle service very helpful, and fairly priced.
7.9 Good
Pros: The apartment was a good size for our family (with a baby and a toddler), the host was very nice and communicative, the place was very clean and the location was less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, which was important for us to get to our early morning flight.
Cons: The place could use a bit of maintenance, there was a problem with the water (changing from hot to cold all the time) and there's a little kitchen unit, but without even one knife or plate, so you cannot really use it. The reservation included breakfast, but we left too early to enjoy it (would have been nice if they offered to prepare a sandwich or snack instead for us).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was very well kept and the staff was very accommodating
Cons: Location to restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: they strived for details the place was beautiful owner spoke great english

Pros: It's near to the airport. The transfer service was really convenient although for a very fair price.
Cons: Hot breakfast would have been really good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was close to Airport. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. The property has small vegetable garden too. Something interesting for kids.
7.9 Good
Pros: 6min Drive to the airport. Great Garden and great breakfast(only 6 Euro). Nice owner. Great for guest with car.
Cons: The shuttle-services from the hotel is 15 for one way and 28 for both way to the airport. And it will end after 12:00. We didn’t realize that so we have to pay 38euro for the taxi to the hotel after midnight. It is quite expensive for a 6-minute-drive-distance. So I would say this hotel is great for car driver but actually not so great for guest who visit it only because it is near the airport.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our host was very good at communicating with us on our arrival
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved my whole experience, Fabrizio is nice ., great little garden
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The hostess even offered to make us two cappucino!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ten minutes from Fiumicino airport and a few blocks from the waterfront. Everything about the place felt brand new. Great Room. Big bathroom. HUGE patio with a hot tub on it. (Room #400) Decent Wifi. Perfect spot to spend our last night in Europe and have a stress-free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Next time we're going to book at least two nights, though. The place is too charming not to hang out a little longer.
Cons: This is a little nit-picky, but the breakfast was a little weak. A few more cold meat, cheese, and fruit options would make a big difference. Don't get me wrong, though, I'd return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Fabulous place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location close to airport and easy to find. The value and deal we got for the room was unbelievable $68/ night. The staff was very professional and accommodating in parking the car in their secure lot for FREE. Immaculately CLEAN hotel.... highly recommend if departing out of FCO early morning and offer complimentary breakfast as well.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice, good staff
Cons: Neighborhood
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value, convenient to the airport, generous selection for breakfast. They accommodated our request for a crib for our infant daughter, and were very helpful even when we arrived late at night.
Cons: The hotel had air-conditioning, but our unit seemed to be locked, so we couldn't adjust the temperature. Consequently, the only two options for us were off or on. We would have asked to move rooms had we not arrived so late.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Near the airport, good restaurants around the hotel. Hotel staff was very attentive and got us a taxi to the airport at dawn.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My mom and i were staying there for one night and the room was big and so comfortable! Eventhough the location of the hotel wasn‘t a tourist place which is not really cool for me and my mom, but it didn’t really matter because we just stayed for the night anyway.
Intorno Al Fico Hotel - Fiumicino - Building

8.9 Excellent (420 reviews)

Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and a library. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a train station pick-up service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food, the relaxation the coolness of the room from the heat.....
Cons: Wish there were places to eat near by, but the food there was excellent.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a short walk to the first and only sand beach we encountered in Italy. The room was clean and comfortable, I wouldn't have wanted to spend a lot of time in it but in the end that was for the best. The staff was helpful and pointed us to one of the better meals we had on our trip (which they massively undersold as "basic" and "clean"). Lastly, the roof patio was a great place to spend the last couple of hours in Italy before flying out of FCO.
Cons: The neighborhood was offputting at first -- felt sort of run down, lots of compounds with high walls. In the US I wouldn't have felt safe walking around, but it turned out to be just fine. I told a friend who grew up in Italy about this and he just laughed it off, so my take is that it's just a case of different things in different cultures.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was more than we anticipated and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Will come back and stay longer, we recommend this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location--15 minutes to FCO, 1 block to the beach. This is a very small (8 rooms) boutique-type hotel. It's a great find, and we had an excellent stay. Evening pizza and wine option was excellent. Value for price paid was excellent.
Cons: Airplane noise could be a hindrance if outside, but not with the room doors closed. We slept very well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent, particularly the evening meals. Bed and room were fine.
Cons: Perhaps the kitchen facilities but it was ok.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is a hidden gem. The design is simply beautiful and it gives a sense of tranquillity and peace. All the staff is extremely nice, polite, very friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect: few minutes from the beach (where you can also enjoy wonderful meals) and 10 minutes from Fiumicino airport. We always sleep there on our way back to Asia and we will continue doing it because everything there is perfect.
Cons: Really nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an interesting little hotel with a very comfortable feel. Very inviting common areas, nice beach a short walk away, the coffee and pastry place across the street, on site pizza for e10, and the breakfast. Not your ordinary airport hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I left my grandmother's ring there and Vera is mailing it back to me. For her to do that, is exceptional service and I appreciate that so much. The facilities are very clean and comfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location close to the beach and Rome airport.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The eggs for breakfast were delicious as well as all the other dishes. The 2 minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset was a perfect end to our long overseas trip. Will definitely stay here again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice alternative for leaving from fiumicino airport. We had dinner on a restaurant on the beach and ready to take the flight early the following morning with two small babies
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was an incredible host, found me a fantastic seafood restaurant after my 2 months in India. He is the best. Also, the breakfast the next morning was fantastic, eggs, toast, juice, meats, cheeses, and all the great coffee one could want.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff. Clean. Nice rooftop patio to relax on. Close to airport. The Sea is a short walk in one direction. A grocery in the other direction.
Cons: WiFi. Was slow at times and inconsistent. Too much for my liking. My signal was good but it was slow. Coffee machine made a tiny amount of coffee. Must be broken.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff (Flavio and Daniel) were incredibly helpful in assisting with getting me a taxi to and from the airport. Book your taxis through them as the airport taxis will try to charge you 30-35e to go 3 miles! Daniel have a great dinner recommendation and made sure I had a map of where to go. Awesome air conditioning! Perfect distance from the beach.

7.9 Good
Pros: Near to the beach and the airport
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The spacious rooms close to great places to eat and an excellent beach. We stayed there because of proximity to the airport. Had to take an early morning flight. The hosts gave us the key for the breakfast area and booked us the cab for the 10 minute ride to the airport.
Cons: Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. Rome tends to get hot in the summer day. The airconditioning is only in the living room.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Norhing they wouldnt refund me to stay some place else we were stuck there
Cons: Worst place ever booking needs to take this place off the site and refund me my money for this DUMP.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We couldn't find the place, it was late and dark, the owner sent her daughter to meet us and she escorted us to the B&B....the owner was very friendly and accommodating! The place was very modern and clean......the breakfast was plentiful
Cons: Everything was great, only think lacking is no good places to eat around this area.

Cons: Under flight path
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Service kitchen was awesome. Convenient location to the airport.
Cons: Check in was a little disjointed, but worked out OK.
5.6 Okay
Pros: Relatively close to the airport, but not particularly easy to get to from FCO with other than an overpriced cab ride.
Cons: Sort of bleak and bare bones. One had to keep the windows closed and AC on to drown out the noise from the planes overhead. The owner, or at least the person interacting with us, was well meaning but seemed a bit confused..
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Flavia was a very friendly host. The room was very clean and comfortable, lovely new bathroom and hot shower. Breakfast was nice, in a separate breakfast room. Aircon worked really well, especially welcome on an extremely hot day.
Cons: Noise from planes constantly taking off, but that is to be expected from the proximity to the airport. Not much choice of dining places.

QC Termeroma Spa and Resort - Fiumicino - Building
10
8.7 Excellent (1,653 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at QC Terme Roma SPA & Resort in Fiumicino, you'll be connected to the airport, a 5-minute drive from Parco Leonardo and 8 minutes from Fiera di Roma. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Event facilities at this hotel consist of a conference center and meeting rooms. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.9 Good
Pros: The room, the breakfast and the spa were great!
Cons: massages were fully booked. When we arrived it wasn’t mentioned that you need a reservation for the restaurant. We had to wait to long for the staff to decide if we could eat there, so we left for an other restaurant. Was an excellent choice. We had the best dinner at La Pecora Nera.
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, clean, and radiates a wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knows what service is. The integrated Roman-style bath/spa, though far smaller than its historic predecessors, is well designed and gives a good glimpse of what ancient Roman bath culture was like. Only, the latter as part of the hotel complex is very popular with locals and fairly crowded. Unfortunately, the spa is not as well maintained and kept clean as the hotel is. You find yourself among some two hundred people all uniformly dressed in white bathrobes, although you can still enjoy the great Lazio stone pine setting.
Cons: The hotel is connected to the outside world basically only by taxi, if you do not have your own or a rental car. And here comes the catch: for the 5-7 min ride from the airport to the premises you have to find the local (!) taxi, which then charges you €25, no kidding. If you want to go to the nearby village of Fiumicino (6 min ride) for lunch or dinner, you are looking for another €20 each way putting an additional €40 surcharge to your meal. Going back to the airport another €20 for your the ride. Why not walking on foot? Well, with no curbsides, you will be seriously risking your life with Lazio drivers on the road. Again, no kidding. The hotel uses a slightly less expensive outside “shuttle” service for €12 per person, which you have to book yourself via email a day in advance. The hotel appears to intentionally discourage leaving its premises for outside activities. Welcome to Hotel California. Keep in mind: Fiumicino Transport is an absolute ripoff and a Mafia-style hack. Add the cab charges to your hotel bill, and the price is no longer attractive at all.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Amenities were nice, but I could not enjoy them.
Cons: Overcrowded, overpriced, terrible staff.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location for a stay near the airport but you can't walk anywhere from the hotel, you need to take a taxi as it's on a busy road with nothing close by. The spa is fantastic and the buffet lunch for €22 is excellent. The breakfast was also very comprehensive! I loved that you could make your own smoothie. Our room was spacious and clean. It was quiet even though it is close to the airport.
Cons: The service was a little un helpful at times. The hotel does not supply an iron, or let guests borrow an iron, they also needed over 24 hours notice to iron 1 shirt and offered no help of how to iron a shirt for an event the following evening. The spa is fantastic but be warned if you have babies or children they can't use the pool or even sit near it. The restaurant for dinner was disappointing. The flavours were not great and not what I would expect from Italian cooking, it was like they were trying too hard. They also couldn't split the bill for our group and only wanted to put it all on one room without showing us and printout of the actual bill.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The apartment was big and spacious, everything was very clean. The restaurants nearby were great and unexpected! We didn't need to go into Rome to eat dinner. Easy communication, nice hosts and receptionist.
Cons: There wasn't much cutlery, but it didn't bother us too much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, very clean, very spacious and great value for money.
Cons: Bed was too hard, but only a minor thing as excellent service and great value for money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed in Santorini and Tokyo rooms. Very nicely decorated. Bed very comfortable, enough pillows etc. All shutters worked so room was very dark. No road noise. Easy parking out front (restaurant was closed for holiday) bill and payment were well managed.
Cons: All good, suited our needs for a night before our departure.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Manager was helpful with our luggage as there was no lift.
Cons: Location didn’t offer much and rooms were small with shower made only for very slim people. Waited for over an hour before our presence was acknowledged when we arrived.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly service, nice room and very close to the airport. Would definitely stay again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location-6 minutes to the Rome airport. One of THE BEST restaurants (SALE-fish & spirits) next door. Awesome staff at guesthouse-saved us a parking space and left us a bag breakfast for our very early flight. Very clean room.
Cons: Beds were a bit hard, other than that, perfect and price was unbeatable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A perfect place to stay close to the airport.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the airport. Staff were lovely.
Cons: No fridge
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is a 10 minute drive from the airport which is why i was staying there. They offer a airport pickup for 10 euros as well if you arrange in advance. Once at the airport go up to departures and give them a call and they come to get you. the resturant below is very nice with good seafood and drinks if you want something cheaper go next door to the pizza place which is very tasty and around 7 to 10 euros. The staff were the best part very friendly kind and accommodating. 5 stars for the staff for sure. a 25 min walk you can see some old ruins and a 35 minute walk you can get to the beach.
Cons: breakfast was good but could have been better. considering the average hotels in europe of this price though it was pretty good simple coffee and all you can eat cornettos with biscuts etc. overall not bad just could be more fresh. (maybe if i woke up earlier there was more on offer!) If you are from the uk or usa dont expect eggs and bacon. Not much in the immeadiate area but its next to an airport so what should one expect?
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Overall this hotel was pretty great. I was impressed considering how affordable it was. The rooms were spacious and cute and the staff was absolutely lovely. Also had a nice breakfast set up and parking was convenient.
Cons: Wifi was not available in the rooms and only in the lobby. It was Friday night therefore it was fairly noisy due to a nightclub down the street.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean and very friendly
Cons: It’s location wasn’t the most ideal
9.6 Excellent
Pros: very personailised service. Individual transfer to Terminal. Local knowledge of eateries and shops
7.1 Good
Pros: flexible check-in and check-out (more than anticipated) helpful staff (we had to go away very early and they gifted us with a take-away breakfast)
Cons: mosquitos in the room were not good company too small of a toilet for medium to fat people (like me) not the most comfortable bed i've found in a B&B
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly, and went beyond the call of duty to make my stay comfortable and happy. The location is perfect to grab an early flight, and close enough the centre to enjoy a nice dinner out. Great!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very cheap; nice and close to airport. Shops close by. Would recommend. Thanks guys!

Pros: Everything amazing. Lovely stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: was a great location and very clean room with double bed and double pull out sofa with a private bath with was very clean and nice. Overall room was Very clean and steps to beach. We had an early check out to catch plane and owner left us breakfast out and also provided parking for no extra charge. Owner was very hospitable!
Cons: could of had better lighting in room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff and very accommodating to Your needs. Quick with response.
Cons: I didn’t like the one bathroom that had to be shared. And also it was loud with people going in and out of their room trying to open their door.
6.3 Good
Pros: The hostess is very nice and welcoming, she upgraded our reservation. The room was clean and nice, but there is still a room for improvement....for example, there is a missing part of shower stall' wall, pipes rewound with duct tape, cornices can easily fall, there are no sockets for bedside lamps - they just stand next to the bed))
Cons: The main apartment with kitchen has a balcony where everybody can smoke, so the smell of smoking was in the kitchen as well. That's why we decided to skip breakfast because even air freshener couldn't hide the smell.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Always nice to come back! The house is nice and clean and Nina is always very welcoming and available. Close to the beach , bus stop and many restaurants, also 10 min away from supermarket and there is a kitchen so you can cook. 20 min away walking distance from Fiumicino centre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpfull people working there. Next tothebeach and clean.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here our last night in Italy, as it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. Half a block walk to the beach and several outstanding Italian seafood restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Shared bathroom, but it was very clean and neat as well, and there was no one else staying at the B&B so we had it to ourselves. Good continental breakfast in the AM.
Cons: Just a bit tricky to find.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It's closer to beach side and you can go out and chill yourself. Although they are not good at English, they're very open to communicate with you in signs.
Cons: There's no one around to look after your need. They said the breakfast is included, but it ain't breakfast for sure. I didn't see anyone other than myself at the site and felt a little bit terrified on my first day.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, staff went out of their way, airport shuttle.
Cons: Neighbourhood run down and dirty, beach unattractive. The hotel is good for a night before a flight due to proximity to airport but not for a vacation because of the area.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: It was super close to the airport which was exactly what we needed. The breakfast was nice and the airport shuttle was very helpful. The staff was great.
Cons: The beds were super hard!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Really lovely decorated rooms. Clean sheets. Shutters which stop the sunlight in the morning from waking you up, great if you have kids.
Cons: There were no toiletries other than a shower cap and had to ask for soap in the morning. Due to extreme heat it would have been a nice touch to pop the aircon on just before we arrived especially when we’d let the staff know we were an hour away and were traveling with an infant and toddler. It was baking hot in the room at 10pm. Breakfast was very basic.
7.1 Good
Pros: Property close to airport but absolutely nothing to do around the town if you happen to have a few hours to spare. Would be a great airport for late check in and early departure. Offered shuttle bus from the airport for €6 which was handy.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and cosy place
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Large airy room with lots of natural light. The bed was comfortable and the whole area quiet and peaceful. The location is near the centre where there are a good mixture of restaurants. A little bar next door is convenient and cheap. A pleasant stay with helpful, friendly staff.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Beautiful room that was very clean, nice personnel.
Cons: I stayed in Room 104 and never got any sleep. There was no way to get any sleep as There was a load aircompressor going on every few minutes that was load, rattled the walls and window. I had 18 hrs of traveling the next day. I asked for a refund but none

Cons: Nothing to complain about .... remember to book parking space if you have a car.
6.3 Good
Pros: The two office hosts were very nice & the B&B remodel Job came out pretty good.
Cons: The location was weak

9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is an amazing hotel close to Fiumicino airport. The hotel is brand new, my room was very clean, calm, comfortable and with an,amazing sea view. The hotel has an amazing rooftop swimming pool, you must have your own swimming cap and towel, otherwise you have to borrow them but you must pay for that, this is the only minor point, otherwise it is truly wonderful. The breakfast buffet is abundant, you find everything you want! I hope to go back!
7.9 Good
Pros: A good place to escape to after crowds & traffic in Rome. Quiet. Interesting view of the river & fishing boats. Very nice restaurant at the property.
Cons: Can't say anything really stood out except that places in Italy don't provide tea making facilities in the room which we really appreciate as it is always provided when we travel at home in Australia.
5.4 Okay
Pros: I like that the property is close to the port and a variety of restaurants. The staff is always very helpful. They also have an excellent shuttle service
Cons: Our room was full of ants. We got in and we’re so tired. When I woke up at 2 am to use the bathroom, there were ants everywhere. We left the next day and the staff apologized. Also, we stayed at this hotel when it was first built and now it’s looking tired and needs a coat of paint in the rooms. Some of the furniture in the rooms is looking worn and does not match the price they hotel is charging for a stay. The breakfast was not as good as it was years ago
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very, very nice hotel near the airport, restaurants, shopping, and the water. We ate dinner in the roof top restaurant. The price was VERY reasonable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very very clean and tidy hotel and room, very professional check in staff and lovely hospitality staff. This is a great place to stay for fly in or out of Rome as its real Rome! Fishing trawlers coming and going, beach other side of pier and lots of great bars all round the area. We met some locals in the pool whom always stay here when using airport.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Huge room
Cons: Bath was little bit dirty
1.0 Poor
Pros: The view was good.
Cons: Many things - mainly that the agreed upon amenities were NOT accessible (either roped off, cost money, were misrepresented, or simply did not exist). It was not a good way to end our trip.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. A fabulous place to stay pre flight from Rome Airport
Cons: The shower terrible. To use the pool you had to pay for a bathing cap and towel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, river & ocean views spectacular. Great restaurant strip so close by .
Cons: Nil
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The 5th floor restaurant and balcony views are the most attractive feature of the hotel. The room we had was a typical small European size room, clean and with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The attempt to offer scrambled eggs was terrible. It was a big clump of yellow and greenish egg stuck in a pot. It would have been better to not offer them at all. There was a dog in one of the nearby businesses that barked for many hours. It's not the hotel's fault but perhaps they could complain to that business. The morning airport shuttle was 10+ minutes late.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location to the airport and nice along the Tiber.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good. Enjoyed the neighborhood and being near the water. Shuttle service.
Cons: Provide conditioner with the shower toiletries

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, welcoming and walking distance to shops, restaurants and waterfront!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The curb appeal was excellent! The staircase was lovely and I, being an artist myself, particularly liked all of the art on the walls. Ever where was clean and neat, bright and classy. We met a couple while relaxing out front on the chairs and ended up going out to dinner with them.
Cons: The only negative that I can possibly think of would be the shower. It was small and the door was finicky but that wasn't enough of a downer to stop us from booking there again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, comfortable stay. The shuttle service made this place perfect for our one night stay. Bonus: there is an amazing pizzaria next to it ;)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The woman at the front desk was helpful, there were restaurants nearby, the shuttle service worked as expected, the room was a good size, the breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The WIFI was not dependable and the water in the shower was barely warm.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very clean and comfortable with very good breakfast. The staff are super friendly to answer all our questions.
Cons: Shuttle to and from the airport are 6 Eupo per person. If you need to visit Rome, you need to first take the shuttle to the airport and then take the train from the airport to Termini which cost 14 Euros.
4.6 Okay
Pros: staff friendly and accommodating, breakfast starting at 7AM but opened room for us at 6.30AM .
Cons: mediocre breakfast selection for a self proclaimed 4star hotel
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The woman at the desk was incredibly nice and helpful - and the room was nice and big
Cons: Bathroom a little dated but clean
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, walking distance from the sea and about a 15 minute drive from the Fiumicino airport. The center of Rome is still about 45 minutes away.
Cons: Fiumicino itself (the village) isn’t that appealing

7.1 Good
Pros: What I like was free parking in the property!! Cleaning lady you have ever day to clean your room!
Cons: Wi-fi so bad. You could not use in the room. You have to go in the lobby outside to get your Wi-fi. Breakfast was included, but you have to wake up early on. Because if you go 9: or 9:30 you don’t really find breakfast. I used to go 8:30-9, but the tables Warrant even not clean from other gusset. I had to clean for myself or I had to tell the lady please to clean for me! And in the room you had kitchen but bunch of stuff missing that you don’t have to cook. And no coffee machine is there. You can’t make any coffee!

Pros: Close to airport, great price and nestled along river and fishing boats, excellent small loca restaurants behind hotel with fresh pasta and seafood, and not too far from beach if you want to jump in Mediterranean sea. You can take taxi, uber, hotel shuttle to here to/from airport only 10 mins drive from Rome FCO airport. Lovely hostess and cute nicely decorated room. Hotel front is modest from outside so we missed it at first, but very nice inside.

Pros: Jan is very kind and helpful.
Cons: Nothing
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful. Jan attended to all I needed. He went above and beyond. I got there late at night and even though they only serve breakfast, he prepared a snack. Laura was super helpful in securing me transfer from airport. There was a small problem with the hot water at the time and they gave me a free ride to the airport to compensate. Very personable service. Perfect for transit- if you don't need to get to Rone. Very close to the beach. I'd definitely go again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was near the airport and also near the beach, the room was clean and the guy at the reception is really nice and helpful. Also the cats are so lovely
7.1 Good
Pros: The person who drove me back to the airport was very helpful and kind.
Cons: Tried to call the property to request the shuttle service, nobody picked up. I booked a room with a queen size bed and I was given a twin bed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Jan at the reception was lovely and too great care of us. The room was large with a nice bathroom. We landed late but that wasn't an issue. We called them and they came within 20 minutes to pick us up. It's a 12 minute drive from FCO. Their shuttle service costs 10 for each direction. In the morning they served a charming little breakfast.

Pros: Laura was very attentive and kind regsrding my allergies. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport. Host arranged shuttle for morning fly out. We arrived too late to have dinner at local pizzeria, but the breakfast spread we could enjoy at Il Focolare made up for that.
Cons: A kettle in the room for coffee / tea will be welcome addition.

Pros: friendly staff, clean
Cons: At the time of our stay, there was no warm water for showering
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great, well priced, calm accommodation right around the corner from Fiumicino Airport, the beach and several tasty Italian restaurants. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Very kind staff, service oriented, laid back which I like. Very tasty breakfast! On-site parking very useful.
Cons: The bathroom unfortunately smelled like pee, but no amount of cleaning can fix that. Actually the rooms were very clean, which is why the pee smell was so out of place. Don't be put off by that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved it! The host, Juan, very helpful and nice. He knows just right what guests may want or need. When window in our car got broken in Rome, he found and called a mechanic (we don't know Italian), and everything worked well. Also the rooms are very clean and you can feel there like at home. The garden is just perfect for sitting and chilling in the evening... Also the hotel is very close to the beach. We loved everything staying there and will for sure come back! Thank you, Juan!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Having arrived a day early for a flight we booked the hotel last minute. What a great little find. Super friendly staff, ( the manager was an amazing help- we didn’t get his name unfortunately but he went above and beyond to help us) the breakfast provisions were great and the beach is just a short walk away.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The place did not satisfy us at all
Cons: The place did not satisfy us at all. The bedding was not clean, the room was very small, and we were stung during the night by unspecified insects and because of bad acoustics. We heard all the noise from the other rooms and could not sleep. The dining room amounted to one small table in the reception room. The price of the room was very high compared to the very poor value we got. Despite the nice receptionist and nearby location to the airport, Tourists should avoid booking at this Hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: Place is in very good location close to see , bars and super market.
Cons: Bed. I wanted to have a one big and I got it - it was made out of two small ones . I think that bad legs were conneted but mattrasses were moving so we had a gap between them , no way to hug my husband.
7.1 Good
Pros: Close to the airport and the beach, nice restaurants around, personal friendly.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was there both times we used the B&B to meet us and make sure everything was good.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, great staff, comfortable room with private bath and shared kitchen.
Cons: Bed was far too soft
7.9 Good
Pros: The property is pretty close to any facility you would need at your stay Hosts are really nice and the room is clean and nice
Cons: Anything really
7.5 Good
Pros: Great staff and fun location. Stay away from the "Chinese" across the street, but the beach is a quick 5 minute walk. Not clean, but ok for a quick dip. This was a really nice play to stay when I was faced with an overnight lay-over in Rome.
Cons: Shuttle service was stressful for me, in that I have a bit of anxiety when traveling. Notified them of my flight and our delay, but upon arrival they didn't respond or answer for a full 40 minutes. The person who eventually responded didn't speak English well enough to tell us where to wait, so it was an additional 30 minutes before they picked us up. Leaving in the morning to the airport I had to call the shuttle again, and am fairly certain I woke the guy up. But he came within a few minutes and got to the airport with plenty of time to spare.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: They offer transfer to/from airport much cheaper than a taxi. Very friendly and helpful
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The assistance from the host.
Cons: breakfast
