Cons: It is right by the airport - so planes overhead and location is not pretty!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel employee was awesome! He helped us get a bus to Rome instead of going back to the airport and getting the train. He was very nice and attentive and the place was clean and beautiful. It was easy to find and fairly close to the airport.

Pros: Wonderful host. HOtel employee greeted us on arriving and was very helpful, and answered all of our questions and printed our boarding passes. Rooms were clean and neat and comfortable. Hotel employee also accommodated our early transp
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a family operated place . The owners are very , very Nice and explain the area & include there own shuttle service To the airport . It's hard to find good customer service in Rome This family that runs this place knows what they are doing . I will stay Here again if I need a place close to the airport .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed at this hotel the night before our flight. It was clean and bed was super comfortable. Lucca was so accommodating and kind. We were able to be shuttled to the airport by Lucca for our early morning flight.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sleep and Fly is an excellent place to rest before a flight. Lucca has built a beautiful little oasis near FCO Airport. It is only 5 minutes away from the airport. The place is very secure, very clean and we highly recommend. Great shower with rainhat! Lucca has a small breakfast room with several choices for European breakfast. We had time only for coffee and brioche before he drove us to airport for early morning flight.. He also provides pick up shuttle service from airport. He is a very pleasant young man--very customer service oriented. Can't say enough good things about this find, which was so reasonably priced and well situated. There are restaurants and bars nearby. We went to Mercure Hotel, Leonardo Bar for happy hour which provided free happy hour snacks of pizza bites, onion rings, olives and had dinner there as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Owner, Luka was very accommodating and made our stay comfortable and easy. Unbelievably close to the airport and his shuttle service is excellent. Cannot go wrong staying here, especially on a one night in and out.
Cons: Nothing, all great.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A great little hotel with no frills but great personal service from the father and son owners. This hotel has a great location close to the Rome Fiumicino airport which makes it an ideal budget hotel prior to departure from Italy. They are steadily improving and updating this hotel and the personal service is second to none!
Cons: Although the location close to the airport is a plus, the noise from the planes is quite loud at times but not a deal breaker.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, location was perfect related to the airport, Luca was the perfect host
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport.
Cons: Noise from the airport when airplanes taking off in the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Luca and his dad were very welcoming and assisted us with our luggage and helped in anyway they could! It is a perfect place to stay when you’re coming in or leaving out of Rome -only 10 minutes from the airport!
Cons: Absolutely nothing!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, pretty view from the breakfast room and the location near restaurants and sea was great.
Cons: Strairs to reach the elevator, so not perfect for people who have problems with walking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed at Domus Lina a number of times and plan to stay there again. The staff is friendly and I like the town of Fiumicino. I enjoy the breakfasts and the view from the breakfast area.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Hostess at breakfast allowed us early entry . Large shower, good bathroom. So close to eateries ,so many to choose from. Stayed here twice now. Very good taxi service to airport 25 euro for 3 persons. Book through B&b .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed room. We only stayed the one night as we were connecting to a flight.
Cons: The only negative point was with the shower water controls which were a little confusing to use and we could only manage to adjust the temperature just warm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were worried for parking but it was plentiful on the street. The beds were very comfortable, rooms and premises were very clean, and all toiletries were excellent. Being so close to the airport was no problem, it was very quiet. They were very friendly and helpful, gave us local information and a great recommendation to the wonderful restaurant across the street. We only had a quick stay due to early flight but would recommend to all
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, charming accommodations, comfortable bed. Loved the outdoor balcony! Wonderful location right on the waterfront quay, with numerous places to eat nearby.
Cons: Could have used some instructions on the use of the high-tech shower. Also, Shower water was less than hot.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, lots of nearby options for restaurants, not far from the grocery store. This town is a great option for a night before a flight out of Rome. All the locals go to the pier at sunset, fish, and watch the fishermen come in with their catch. It was relaxing and a different pace, very friendly people.
Cons: I had asked if I could drop off our suitcases early and let the property know what time our flight would arrive ahead of time. I was told it was no problem and then we were left on the street with our bags for a couple hours waiting for check in time. After a bottle of wine at a nearby restaurant, I got over it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We knew it would be very clean, etc = but we did not expect how lovely - elegant the place was - certainly from the outside we had doubts but when we opened the door - Lovely! So we booked again for next week when we fly out. It is now our new ‘go to’ place to stay prior to fly out of Rome.
Cons: Parking - on the street. That’s okay as long as you know you have to bring everything in.

Pros: The owner of this B&B was exceptionally helpful and caring. She drove us to a resturant and came back to pick is up after we finished lunch. I had no cell phone ablilty to call home to the US. Pros: Stayed one night before early morning flight the next day. Close to airport and property can organise airport shuttle for 15 Euro. Walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Lovely room decor and gardens surrounding the property.
Cons: Our room was next to stairs to reception, it was noisy with late checkins. Next time I'd request a quiet room. Access to a kettle, there was a coin hot drink machine.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ten minutes from Fiumicino airport and a few blocks from the waterfront. Everything about the place felt brand new. Great Room. Big bathroom. HUGE patio with a hot tub on it. (Room #400) Decent Wifi. Perfect spot to spend our last night in Europe and have a stress-free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Next time we're going to book at least two nights, though. The place is too charming not to hang out a little longer.
Cons: This is a little nit-picky, but the breakfast was a little weak. A few more cold meat, cheese, and fruit options would make a big difference. Don't get me wrong, though, I'd return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Fabulous place.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the airport was our principal need. The shuttle service is worth seeking out as airport taxis are extremely expensive.
Cons: The room was “tired” but adequate to our needs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Villa Rosita is located near the Fiumicino Airport but is not a noisy location. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. Best thing about Villa Rosita is Federico, the host. He will do anything to help including shuttling you.

4.2 Okay
Cons: We ordered room for 3 and got a room for 2. We asked for a bigger room, The owner lied to us saing all rooms are the same, We looked in other rooms which were much bigger. We paid for 2 nights but left after one and few hours to catch our flight. The owner took advantage of it and did not clean the room, did not changed towels. Breakfast very poor, practically nothing to eat.

3.3 Mediocre
Cons: I had asked if there was a lot of stairs, since I had back surgery & have difficulty, the response was there are just a 3steps.When I arrived I had to climb 2sets of stairs, leading to an attic turned into a bedroom, with slanted ceiling. Not worth it,for a little more could have stayed at real hotel. They tried to impress by giving free bottle water,Big Deal, never again.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Not close to airport as I thought
9.6 Excellent
Pros: the staff went out of their way to accomodate us. Picked up at Airport, we were very early. They gave us coffee and rolls while we waited for the room. Set up taxi for next day because we were leaving early before the breakfast. they brought us bread, fruits and jams for the next day
Cons: not much we were exhausted from our trip and they made us feel welcome
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food, the relaxation the coolness of the room from the heat.....
Cons: Wish there were places to eat near by, but the food there was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location--15 minutes to FCO, 1 block to the beach. This is a very small (8 rooms) boutique-type hotel. It's a great find, and we had an excellent stay. Evening pizza and wine option was excellent. Value for price paid was excellent.
Cons: Airplane noise could be a hindrance if outside, but not with the room doors closed. We slept very well.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the shower! It was the best one as far as size and water pressure we had in 2 months. Staff was quite good and friendly. The food at the restaurant was good, especially the lasagna. If you stay here in the off season, you will have to eat at the restaurant if you do not have a car. This is a residential neighborhood and there are no restaurants within walking distance. If you take a taxi from FCO, you need to look for the LOCAL taxi stand, not the standard taxi stand to get into Rome.
Cons: The A/C is not very powerful to cool off the room. We were here in November, making the A/C less of a problem. We opened the door for a few hours before bed and that cooled things off well enough to sleep. I'm not sure this would work in the summer if the temperature was high.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an interesting little hotel with a very comfortable feel. Very inviting common areas, nice beach a short walk away, the coffee and pastry place across the street, on site pizza for e10, and the breakfast. Not your ordinary airport hotel!
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Cons: The location did not work for us. The hotel was not that close to the airport and there were minimal food services at the hotel and no restaurants nearby. Since we did not have a car I felt we were stranded there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Only 15 minutes from airport. We took advantage of the pick-up and drop off service between the airport and hotel for a small fee. Despite many planes flying overhead, the rooms were very quiet thanks to double doors and cement walls and ceilings. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. 2 minute walk to Malibu Beach. Nice sand for beach walks. Water was clean and warm. Nice rooftop terraces for an aperativo. Would highly recommend this to others.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I booked this hotel for my parents and the staff did an excellent job making sure they where ok. Always responding to my numerous emails right away. Highly Recomended!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was an incredible host, found me a fantastic seafood restaurant after my 2 months in India. He is the best. Also, the breakfast the next morning was fantastic, eggs, toast, juice, meats, cheeses, and all the great coffee one could want.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was such a lovely little surprise hotel tucked away by the beach but really close to the airport The service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were all very nice and the place very clean. Nice breakfast and they even drove us to the closest little town so we could go for a wander and have lunch. Highly recommend for a stop over !
Cons: Nothing other than the planes flew overhead But can’t be avoided !
Il Mondo B&B - Fiumicino - Building
8
8.8 Excellent (360 reviews)
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel is near the airport and the service personal was very friendly and helped out.
Cons: There was quiet a lot of noise from the airport / incoming flights. As well as from the families going up early to leave for the airport. The breakfast was mostly for "bring a long" on the flight and wasnt very good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Monica was wonderful! I got there on my birthday and she had beautiful flowers for me! We were too tired to go out so she ordered pizza for us and we sat in their kitchen upstairs. Great location and she will even set up a driver to pick you up from the airport and take you to the airport. We could not have asked for one thing more than what she offered. The rooms were comfortable and clean and unique.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like.
7.5 Good
Pros: Didn't have breakfast facilities, but happily provided hot water for a cup of tea.
Cons: The shower head was broken, but we weren't warned on check-in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Property is very close to the airport and the beach. A rooftop deck and garden — it was nice little getaway from the hustle and bustle on streets of Rome.
Cons: It did not bother us- but the noise from the aircraft can be a little nuisance.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Back yard
9.6 Excellent
Pros: New facility, well designed. Great choice if you need to stay near the airport.
Cons: Weak WiFi in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The excelente services if the staff, and really near to the airport.
QC Termeroma Spa and Resort - Fiumicino - Building
9
8.7 Excellent (1,527 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at QC Terme Roma SPA & Resort in Fiumicino, you'll be connected to the airport, a 5-minute drive from Parco Leonardo and 8 minutes from Fiera di Roma. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Event facilities at this hotel consist of a conference center and meeting rooms. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Room A/C was not efficient, spa area is always crowded, mostly with day-use visitors of non-hotel guests...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a little oasis outside of the city. Beautiful grounds. The food was excellent and the spa services were as well. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: . My only recommendation would be that they need more comfortable chairs by the pools. They were not easy to relax in. And--they definitely need towels by the pool. The reception desk didn't tell me I needed to bring a towel with me so I walked all the way there only to have to walk back to get a towel. And, it would be great if the hot tubs were HOT. Warm is nice--HOT is better!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spectacular property...unique spa built upon ancient Roman baths. Many indoor and outdoor spaces to lounge, soak and walk. Needs to be experienced. Given toweling robes to wear everywhere as did the many guests. Room was a bit dark but immaculate and very comfortable. Coffee maker, water in the roomLovely bedding, towels, robes, toiletries etc. Wonderfully elegant breakfast and dinner. Both indoor and outdoor tables. Excellent reception with waters, teas, cookies etc. Staff is excellent...friendly and helpful. Only one night stay between Palermo and flying home to NY the next day. Too short a stay
Cons: The spa is also a day spa so a bit over run by folks other than guests. Some of the spa facilities were a bit overcrowded by this. It would be nice if waiter service came through the outdoor area for drinks etc.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The various Roman baths and the grotto area had so many choices. We had fun just popping into as many as we could for the experience. The grounds are beautiful starting with the drive up to property to the candlelight lanterns placed all around. The lunch buffet was very tasty with great wines. The servers during lunch were extremely prompt in removing a plate when you went back to the buffet for more. The aperitif hour at 6:30 was very romantic with the candles and various lounge areas to enjoy your drinks and various meats, cheeses, fruits and breads.
Cons: It was a little crazy when they opened the tables for food and drinks up for everyone for the aperitif hour. as most of the guests rushed the tables for food and drinks. You just had to jump right in to get something. Perhaps it's was because it was much younger crowd - 20's - that were mostly there. The restaurant for dinner was a little pricey but very good. It would have been nice to have had an English version instead of having the waiter explain a lot of the dishes. A shower curtain would have been good too.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: All 5* star facilities available, very extensive spa (truly recommended, please observe that there are more visitors from Rome during weekend). Located near FCO airport but you do not feel it (countryside feel). Rooms with all 5* amenities.
Cons: This comment is based on the assumption that this is 5* star property. The personnel is not very much attentive to the guest needs and indifferent. For example it was noted in the booking that twin beds needed. Nothing prepared upon check-in. The reception promised to split the bed later after the telephone call but it was never done. Guests should not chase the personnel to get the coffee during breakfast in 5 star hotel. Etc... All these service moments related to the staff training do downgrade the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and rooms were comfortable- breakfast was good
Cons: In process of being renovated/ walking areas were muddy
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel/spa is a lovely facility.
Cons: But the hotel also is a day spa for non guests. We arrived on a Friday night and it was a zoo. We left Saturday morning and the day trippers were arriving for the day. Not very relaxing or special for the hotel guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was only looking for a place close to the airport to sleep for the night. What a nice surprise when I arrived. This is a beautiful place that I will come back to with my wife and spend a few days.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: breakfast excellent and very close to our room
Cons: the people who come into the property for the day seem to monopolize the facilities and make it more difficult for the people actually staying there to enjoy their stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was beautiful!
Cons: Everything is was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We needed to stay near the airport for a morning flight. The spa is wonderful and not to be missed. Front desk personnel were very helpful. Lovely grounds and decor. Comfortable beds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bath house is next level. I wasn’t expecting more than a jacuzzi and optional massage. We had so much fun wondering the different pools/rooms. Nice way to end the last night of our trip and conveniently only 10 minutes from airport.

Pros: Overall this hotel was pretty great. I was impressed considering how affordable it was. The rooms were spacious and cute and the staff was absolutely lovely. Also had a nice breakfast set up and parking was convenient.
Cons: Wifi was not available in the rooms and only in the lobby. It was Friday night therefore it was fairly noisy due to a nightclub down the street.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and good for 1 night...good!
Cons: It’s the owner’s apartment and she lives there with the family. Therefore I had the feeling that i was disturbing them
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic host!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here our last night in Italy, as it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. Half a block walk to the beach and several outstanding Italian seafood restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Shared bathroom, but it was very clean and neat as well, and there was no one else staying at the B&B so we had it to ourselves. Good continental breakfast in the AM.
Cons: Just a bit tricky to find.
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: It smelt mouldy and damp And the staff were unaccommodating Even talking very loudly outside my room waking me up at 11.30 knowing I had to leave to get an early flight The breakfast offering was beyond poor I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here even for an overnight airport stay. And the charge for the lift to the airport was excessive
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I really like the access to go to see the sunset. Beautiful and just besides of the property the point yo see the most beautiful sunset.
Cons: Hi he only think is that you have to walk a litle from the bus stop to the location if you don’t use a taxi.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The breakfast was good. A quiet place walking 2 mins to the sea. A lot of restaurants around which open in the evening. The lady was sweet and have transport available to and from airport at a fee.
Cons: There was a communication barrier as she didn't speak English. She was a very sweet lady.
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean, silent, good cost&benefit, confortable.
Cons: the brakfast is simply a bunch of industrialized sweets from the supermarket, like cakes, cookies and crackers.

Pros: Relatively close to the airport, but not particularly easy to get to from FCO with other than an overpriced cab ride.

8.6 Excellent (2,428 reviews)

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and express check-in. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle at scheduled times and a train station pick-up service.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was exceptionally spacious, very quiet comfortable and had an excellent view of the river. A kettle was provided on request which was appreciated.
Cons: The safe was too small for a laptop.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We like Everything. We have stayed here many times. The town of Fiumicino is a fishing port with lots of activity. 10 minutes from the airport with excellent shuttle services. The Hotel is beautifully appointed, the large rooms have everything one needs. The bathrooms a very clean. Breakfasts in the restaurant are good with lovely views. We always book rooms 404 or 406, they have balconies to sit and watch the fishing trawlers come in with their catch.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Shuttle for the airport was very convenient. Hotel overlooks the fishing boats and has a rooftop bar/restaurant that is perfect for sunsets. A great alternative to the hustle and bustle of Rome for one night before a flight
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice location near the FCO airport. Nice restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: We asked for twin beds, but were told that to reconfigure the beds would be a 25 euro charge. We did it ourselves in 5 minutes.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location of the Hotel Tiber was great. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and sites. There was an interesting "pop up" fish market on the pier across the street from the hotel. Airport shuttle the next morning was a cost but excellent. Daniel at front desk was very courteous and helpful. Thank you Daniel. Hotel was right on the water so very pretty.
Cons: Breakfast was a disappointment given the price of this hotel. The bacon, scrambled eggs, wieners were cold. Juice was faintly fruit water, not good. Coffee offered for free was dishwater, so weak. Not a good selection of fruit, that was ripe enough to eat. We got an Americano and cappuccino coffee, so first one free; then we had to pay for another one. Considering the price of this hotel we paid, they could put more than 1 small bar of soap in the bathroom and more than 1 small plastic drinking cup.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very, very nice hotel near the airport, restaurants, shopping, and the water. We ate dinner in the roof top restaurant. The price was VERY reasonable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location of the hotel is great with local restaurants within waking distance.
Cons: Think the shuttle bus is a little overpriced, it’s ok if travelling alone or as a couple , but if your travelling with a family with maybe 3-4 children it can work out expensive. We paid €36 for 2 adults & 1 child from the airport and back. The hotel is not far from the airport.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was perfect for an early flight. Moreover, some of the comments were negative so we were slightly concerned but quite the contrary. The rooms are upgraded, clean, spacious, nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the airport is 6€ and convenient for early and late flights. There are many restaurants to choose from in the area. The view of the port and ocean was a plus.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to airport was great. Early morning shuttle got our group to gates in great time.
Cons: Instructions for using TV very weak. Required staff to come show how.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The view was good.
Cons: Many things - mainly that the agreed upon amenities were NOT accessible (either roped off, cost money, were misrepresented, or simply did not exist). It was not a good way to end our trip.
6.0 Good
Pros: the location was good for what we were doing.
Cons: The bed was two twins pushed together and they kept separating. I would have preferred a queen and one that would not move when sleeping. Not what I expected.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, view and shuttle to airport.
Cons: The staff was friendly and professional. The location is excellent. However the shower had some serious mold issues. Some stuff you might expect for a four star hotel was missing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is in a local neighborhood. Private bathroom, with shared kitchen area. Short walk to some stores and places to eat. The driver for the shuttle was awesome. He runs the place too. It will cost you 15 euro each way, but he is always on time. Check the fine print as there is a 2 euro charge per person per day for city tax. It is close to the airport. The guy in the red shirt is Mossimo, he is your host and driver.
Cons: I have nothing bad to say except my bad was missing a sheet and I could not locate another one. The shower head was broken, but I am sure it could be fixed or replaced.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location. Very close to the airport. Close to nice restaurants where you could walk. Owners very accommodating and helpful in the most typical Italian hospitality. Rooms good size for European B&B, well kept and overall an enjoyable place to spend an evening/night before leaving Italy.

Pros: really lovely hostess, 10€ shuttle service to and from the airport
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was close to the airport. Drive took less than 10 mins. Aiport shuttle service for a small fee. John has the best customer service.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful. Jan attended to all I needed. He went above and beyond. I got there late at night and even though they only serve breakfast, he prepared a snack. Laura was super helpful in securing me transfer from airport. There was a small problem with the hot water at the time and they gave me a free ride to the airport to compensate. Very personable service. Perfect for transit- if you don't need to get to Rone. Very close to the beach. I'd definitely go again
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Jan at the reception was lovely and too great care of us. The room was large with a nice bathroom. We landed late but that wasn't an issue. We called them and they came within 20 minutes to pick us up. It's a 12 minute drive from FCO. Their shuttle service costs 10 for each direction. In the morning they served a charming little breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, I have no complain
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The host on the reception was perfect, very halpeful ,everything was great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, big garden, cute cats, Jan is very helpful, got to the place late, was able to arrange taxi for me, €10 per ride, 10-15mins to airport, no traffic. driver doesn’t speak too much English but I can feel he’s nice man, I prefer the first night room there the space is so big and even have a babe bed (for anyone whom has baby traveling together it’s a surprise), as a solo traveler, met new friend here, which is a big bonus. Definitely “never miss flight” spot! (Although first time ever in life I missed my flight had to buy international flight ticket again! And I was too early enough checked in everything! Expensive lesson learned! Warning: Rome Airport is super unorganized full of surprises chaos you never know, be careful! Don’t expect the staff there tell you correct answer, you always have to ask many different staff until find out correct answer.
Cons: It would be better if there’s more choice for breakfast such as whole grain bread :) I’m happy as long as there’s eggs, coffee, some good bread. there are many choices if you have sweet tooth. PS. Am i the only one needed additional blankets feeling cold?

5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and modern.
Cons: The facility looks worn and needs a facelift. The ocean view was behind the rooftop AC equipment, and across a double wide road, and over the tops of a lot of low buildings between the other side of the road and the sand. Had wanted to walk on the beach but it is all fenced off and locked up.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, Fregene is really nice and not too far from FCO, maybe 20-25 minutes drive. The beach is really quite nice. Hotel room size is good and the staff was very accommodating, it seemed pretty clean. The floors and bathroom were somewhat worn, though. The building on the outside could use some paint, but it is a pretty cool building. We had a nice day at the beach the day before our flight.
Cons: Some parts of the property are pretty worn, and the entrance isn't the best, it's hard to get in and out with a lot of baggage. Car service to FCO was somewhat expensive, ~50 euro for a van.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice modern rooms, two steps from the beach, fantastic management trying accommodating your needs. A good breakfast in the nice terrace makes a good start of the day.
Cons: Unfortunately for all Fregene taxi availability is an issue and can get very expensive to go anywhere you need. But that’s not the hotel’s fault, which actually has connections to supply taxi’s unavailability
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ocean view, huge shower with waterfall shower head, beautiful bathroom, comfortable mattress, large room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The ocean view upstairs view and the proximity to the beach. Giant Olympic size pool.
Cons: No elevator and sofa bed not good for adult person..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful receptionist; good location; car parking; nice room
Cons: Restaurant not friendly so we went elsewhere
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It's an architectural treasure. Beautiful building which has been renovated leaving quite some of the original elements making it a place with a soul. Location is right across the beach and 10' walk form the fisherman village.
Cons: Breakfast is simple, does not really cater for guests that are not init sweets and sugary pies, cookies and cakes. The savoury section is poor lacking in fresh quality ingredients. few tired cherry tomatoes, boded eggs from the fridge and average quality cheese and cured meat cut
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff spoke English and were welcoming for my late arrival.
