Cons (-) I was the only one in the front desk - and the gentleman did not even ask me if I need anything. I had to ask him if he can help me to check-in - very unprofessional. We checked in to room 726 - kept coughing and sneezing in the middle of the night due to the a/c filter was so filthy. Finally turned it off and the coughing and sneezing stopped.
