Another amazing stay! Great room, delicious breakfast, friendly and attentive staff and a perfect location
The northern quarter isn’t for everyone but I love it! Expect some noise at night and some shady people in the vicinity at times - never cause you any problems but if you’re super sensitive, stay somewhere else
2 floors for drinking and nice clean rooms upstairs. Breakfast was included and tasty. The ncp next door was really handy and you got cheaper parking for being at the hotel.
Windows didn’t open in the room. Um...that’s it
Location atmosphere selection of great beers
The decor is beautiful, the location was spot on with the carpark a 1min walk away (if that) and the bed was super comfy and big. We booked a king room and found it to be comfortable with lots of room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. A great stay and would highly recommend.
Our only negative was about how loud the doors slammed and being so central there was a bit of noise out and about. However this is to be expected.
The staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for us The 20% off in restaurant is a bouns the evening meal we had was beautiful
The pull out bed mattress was awful bumpy and lumpy all over it the guest who had that didn't sleep at all . The other bed on other hand was great them that used that had a great night sleep . The breakfast was ok . No fresh pastries in the morning had too ask 3 times said they were coming by 9.25 a good 30 mins after we arrived the waiter popped too coop and Tesco too get us some . The waiter was fantastic and was trying he did ask the chef too put them in as soon as we got there. Not the same as fresh baked ones as promised on the menu. were stale and cold and really disappointed with breakfast.
