The hotel is lovely, especially at the back where there is a lovely bar area that opens up on to the gorgeous gardens. The rooms are small but were fine for us. The staff on the reception desk were friendly and helpful.
There wasn’t anything we disliked.
Nice & clean rooms. Modern and decent looking environment.
Unfortunately i was not able to check in earlier as i travelled 2hours away and was extremely tired, so i was told to wait so i had to wait in my car. Was very frustrating.
The room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. The garden and the conservatory area looked nice.
There was a wedding on in the hotel which was noisy and the bar area was unusable due to this. The hotel should have called guests at the time of booking to let us know there was a wedding at the hotel. No hotel I've ever stayed in has forgone this curtesy.
A weekend stay in room 203 which was small but fine for my wife and I. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were a little too soft. The bed was really comfy. It wasn’t a room that had a view of the hotel grounds. The hotel was quite and we didn’t hear any other guests. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel grounds was lovely to relax in. Will recommend for a quiet time out.
There was no air conditioning in the room and no air come through the open window.
The location was very quiet and peaceful The staff were very nice There was a garden on the front that was really lovely
There were no iron for clothes in the rooms
