Pros:
It was across the street from the airport and I had an early flight in the morning so it was convenient.
Cons:
The key cards did not work and I NEVER had a working key all day despite multiple requests. I was constantly locked out of my room and had to get maintenance or the front desk to get in each time I left. I felt like a prisoner in my room as I couldn't really come and go. Also, the "quiet room" area was a joke as the music was blasting from the pool area to well after dinner time. NO hot water in the bathroom so I took a cold shower before getting on my flight. Had I known hot (or even warm) water wasn't available, I would have stayed elsewhere. Don't recommend.

Pros:
only good thing about this place is the location, just opposite the airport terminal. Perfect for early birds and late arrivals.
Cons:
getting a room with a functional locker took us over an hour. Lots of talking with receptionist and checking out about 8 rooms required - however all were inop. In the end they had to find a new one somewhere and install it. Took ages. Rooms spread out in garden hut style cabinets

Staff was extremely friendly and everytime I had an issue they were happy to help

The internet, phone, and WATER did not work in my hotel room. Someone came into my room at 330AM, I don’t know how their key card worked and opened my room. That was frightening. For the rate - it was not worth it.

Great Staff, great service, thank you very much, room was very clean and spacious the AC was a bonus it made it perfect, now this will be my place to stay everytime I come back to Nicaragua. Everything was above and beyond. Before I forget there airport shuttle service is excellent aswell so thank you very much for that.

The hotel is more like a mini resort, with a huge pool area, massage, and bungalow style rooms. All this literally across the street from the airport so it’s great for transit purposes.
Cons:
The gym was in poor shape with broken equipment and no water available. Also, while occupancy was low, they placed a family with kids next door to me who turned the TV up to high volume easy to hear through the wall. So, be sure to ask for an isolated room if possible.

Open concept, ac, close to airport, across to be exact, made it very convenient to walk to the hotel after late flight to pick up rental in the am.
Cons:
In such a competitive market it is important to treat each consumer with courtesy and respect. At the end of the day, the guest is the true employer. This hotel staff must improve their attitude towards the incoming guest, as they are very confrontational instead of welcoming, no guest should ever want to run out as they are checking in to their room, if room has been previously booked, do not try to add unwanted additional charges. In addition, Our room had not been aired out in sometime and it was inundated with Mosquitoes, which cleared out after running ac and and simply opening the door, not a good combo after dealing with a combative reception and front lobby staff. In summary, improve customer service, be more welcoming and air out the rooms from time to time to make the guest, your true employer, at home and allow him/her to want to keep you as his/her hotel Of choice on their future trips.
