Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast for its variety and quality, as well as the excellent beachfront location. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms and common areas well-maintained, while others noted issues with dated decor and occasional lapses in housekeeping. Service was a frequent point of criticism, with several guests reporting poor communication, unhelpful staff, and management problems. The pool and amenities were generally seen as positive, though some concerns about maintenance and cleanliness were raised. Overall, while the hotel offers a good location and breakfast, it falls short of five-star expectations in service and upkeep.
