Staff poorly trained. Although promised, non-functioning lights were never repaired/replaced during the stay. Poor attempt made for breakfast.

Staff were very rude, hotel cleaners/maids were very bad, rooms were left dirty and towels were not washed for 3 days.

it is a family run hotel with lots of characters but it is past it's best no more than basic but very friendly once you've been 4 or 5 times.

The staff of hotel was very responsive and attentive. The room was with sea view. The location of hotel is close to Stalida and Malia.
