I had no hot water for 36 hours in my room. They did offer to change room but it would have been a hassle. The carpet in the hallways was horrible and ripped up and torn on the fourth floor. Pros (+) The cleanliness of the hotel and room. The service they provided making you feel right at home. The location was perfect for me and what I wanted to do.
Cons (-) The card key not working then having to go to the ftont desk to get a new one.
