Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing restaurants, shops, and public transport. Many also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, a significant number of guests were dissatisfied with the lack of an elevator, which made accessibility difficult, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Some guests also mentioned small or uncomfortable bathrooms and occasional noise disturbances from thin walls or other guests. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but accessibility and bathroom size are common concerns.
