Great place to satay! It’s almost a hotel with full rooms with everything what you need with private Bath. Great place to stay in Madrid for few days.
The room was very nice, always clean and very quiet. The people in the reception were very kind. The place was ideal(gran via).I highly recommend it.
The location was great, close to everywhere. We had an indoors room so it was quiet. Staff were friendly and willing to help.
The place needs a clear improvement in the facilities and it needs to be painted. The body wash available in the room comes in a little sachet and it wasn’t enough. There isn’t hair drier in the room. Overall for the price you pay in the city is a good value for money and the staff was always nice and welcoming, but there are some downsides.
Probably the only thing we really enjoyed about this place is location! In a very heart of Madrid, which is awesome! Bed was quite comfy as well. All the rest in a section what we didn't like about this place unfortunately...
Rooms are not as shiny and new as they look on pictures, don't be fooled! This hotel is quite old and you can see, feel and smell that the moment you enter your room. Most of the lights in our room were out of order, so it was quite dark there. Next to bed sockets were faulty too - one didn't work at all, another one was moving, which is not safe! Ventilation in bathroom didn't work as well, it was smelly there. White towels in a bathroom were yellowish. Room wasn't very clean, same as bathroom. Internet is quite slow too. It was quite difficult to communicate in English with members of staff. However, the worst part is what is waiting for you when you go to sleep - noise from upstairs! Even though is it said that this room has soundproofing! Avoid this place if you don't have deep sleep. Otherwise, you will spend a night listening to some weird, quite loud noise from a lamp (we actually didn't realise what kind of noise if that, sounds like some metal parts are moving because of wind or something). Go to this place only if you don't care about cleanness, noise at night and general comfort, if you only care about location.
