Location. Good for one night only.
Noisy rooms. 2 person single lift for an entire 10 floor building. Insecure luggage keeping. Anyone could have taken my case as they did not request for the luggage Id ticket when I left. No receptionists after 7 pm. Not sure if I would stay again .
Very central, easy to locate and on the Main Street near to the metro.
I liked it all.
Great location, clean room, helpful reception, not to expensive. Exactly why you want for a place just to sleep in for a few days.
The hotel is in a great location in the center of Madrid. The hotel room was very clean, neat and there was a super comfortable big bed - which is one of the most important things a good hotel should have. Didnt try breakfast but around you wont find anything cheaper than the hotel breakfast. The next time we would take it.
Well, I understand the hotel is not responsible for their customers, but some instructions should be given to every single guest like - please do not scream while you´re videocalling with your family/friends at 5.30 in the morning because most of the guests are still sleeping. The walls are very thin so you can hear most of the louder conversations in the other rooms.
