Good location in central Madrid, close to the Metro Underground. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food for all nationalities.
Washing and dry cleaning of clothes was expensive
Amazing balcony, & views.
House keeping service. I had to call twice just to get a roll of toilet paper. The room was never cleaned during our 3 nights stay, & we were completely out of toilet paper, & trash cans were overflowing.
Loved the rooftop jacuzzi - we had no idea this was available at the hotel so was a great surprise when we arrived! The price was so cheap we were a bit unsure of what we were going to turn up to, but we were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the hotel was, spotlessly clean, tea and coffee in the room, staff couldn’t do enough for you.
Good location. Easy walk to all major attractions and plenty of restaurants close by. We stayed in a suite which was clean and spacious for our family of four.
The sofa bed was a little too small for our two kids aged 9&11. The breakfast was basic and did not vary at all for the all the five days we stayed there.
