Bothe rooms they've provided had issues with their bathrooms and the showers flooded on us..and it was nasty and unpleasant.
I've asked for a refund right there on the spot and the manager refused and said email me.
The breakfast was excellent and the location perfect to visit the main attractions in Madrid. The front desk personnel were very helpful and attentive. They certainly do an outstanding job in making sure the passengers are comfortable. The bed and sleeping quality was also excellent.
location, the rooftop pool.
Breakfast is cramped and very often not laid out or tables cleared quickly enough. Staff seem to be replenishing breakfast stocks all the time without dealing with the tables and coffee is always delayed and cool. The rooftop pool bar is closed from a certain time in Sept/Oct even though the temperature in these months is always hot. It would benefit the hotel if at least a weekend service could operate for the pool bar especially on hot days to avoid guests having to descend to the ground floor to buy and take up drinks coffee etc. to the pool. On both weekend days (12/13 Oct) the pool area was very busy, yet no drinks service was available there.
The location is really good and it’s the only advantage of the hotel
First of all - it’s not a real gay hotel. There were More heterosexual couples then gays. The room is really small, breakfast is really basic. It’s really over priced hotel
Very nice clean , modern
