“Lake view” was actually possible it see if only stick with window. I can’t call it “like view” As arrived I asked to bring bowls for my dog, they forgot. Phone in my room was not working, needed to go downstairs to get the bowls.
I liked the overall look of the facility. The location is great.
The pillows and bed were not comfortable, too hard. No ice machine on my floor. Couldn't get non-alcoholic beverage in the facility after a certain time. Recently was renovated but certain things were already broke like the waterfall in the relaxation pool. Couldn't find my booking when I arrived, (Was told by Edgewater staff that the booking.com site is not integrated with their booking system).
Amazing views from the restaurant where we had breakfast as well.
The pillows were not comfortable
The lake adjacent location is nice. However, as other reviews pointed out, the "lake view" term is used generously. You had to stand in the corner of the juliet balcony to even see the lake.
I have no idea how this is rated 4.5 stars. The room itself felt dated and unimpressive. The $18 "resort fee" (which covers internet, spa access, fitness center, etc) is a joke. Cell service is bad in the hotel, because it's all brick. Super disappointing
Excellent location and top notch service and facilities.
