Cons:I travel a lot. This is the nicest staff I have ever encountered
Cons:Booked room from 9/8-9/11. When I arrived front desk told me I only booked room for 9/11. Was coming from Miami to escape Irma. They were totally booked. Front desk agent found me a room at the Red Roof Inn @ Macon Georgia. Please refund all charges put on my CC. R May
Pros:Clean and comfortable.
Cons:Unfriendly, at check in, and we got in late around 11 at night, left at 5:45 in the morning. Breakfast was at 6 and they were putting items out, and we asked if we could just take a bagel for the road since we had to leave so early. The host denied it to us, saying that a sensor would go off? For $150 for one night, and only less than 7 hours, I wish they had been more gracious and accommodating.
