Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for accessing restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Many reviews highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several guests noting a warm welcome and accommodating service. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with rooms described as neat, clean, and comfortable. Some guests appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and the nostalgic, retro atmosphere. However, a few reviews mentioned issues with noise, parking, and occasional rude service, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.
