Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and regularly serviced. We were very comfortable in the room. I liked the convenience of having stores and food outlets below us.
The card for the room was required for the elevator and for power in the room, so you can't leave the room without other guests as they'll be left in the dark. It was hard to get the card to work in the elevator too.

It is a clean, well located hotel. The room is comfortable but very simple and so are the facilities. Staff is nice.
