Reception staff excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Shower water uneven. Went from hot to cold quickly. Did not report it until when we were leaving.
The location was a plus. Sound proofing was excellent. The staff was friendly, spoke English and were all professional acting. The hotel meet all of our checkpoints - Air conditioning, lift, location and two twin beds (larger than the typical double beds in Europe).
The breakfast was a little overpriced but that is not uncommon in France. Rather than pay in advance you might want to make a decision after seeing what is available. The downside of having two twins was that it used up more floor space which meant the space between the beds and the walls was somewhat tight. The bathroom had a step in tub for showering but did not have any anti-slide stickers so it was a bit slippery if you were not careful.
Quality and lay-out of bedroom
The hotel is located in La Presqu'Ile, with plenty of options nearby of places for shopping, different type of restaurants or establishments to eat, to name a few. We could not find an easy way to go to the hotel with public transport, but the staff from the hotel were super helpful even before arrival. As we do not speak French, we contacted them for help to arrange our transfer from Lyon's airport to the hotel. We will definitely recommend staying in this hotel.
Front desk staff at the hotel speak good English and very helpful.
