Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests found the hotel's location convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city center. Many praised the breakfast selection and the comfort of the beds. However, several guests were disappointed with the level of service, citing unhelpful staff and poor communication, especially at reception. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with reports of dirty rooms and maintenance issues. While some guests highlighted friendly and helpful staff, inconsistent service and cleanliness standards detracted from the experience for others.AI-generated from customer reviews
