Alvisse Parc Hotel

All of your staff were pleasant, polite and very helpful. There was also plenty of free car parking. Only ten minutes from the city centre by car. You have a bus service just outside the hotel. Dining room and waiting staff are excellent. The food was adequately cooked but a little slow arriving.

Your hotel is generally very good although parts of the interior were showing their age

The hotel was in the middle of refurbishment which hadn't been mentioned when we booked.

Quiet

Mid-renovation. First room given smelled. Poor in room facilities, poor service in restaurant. Defintately not a 4 star hotel.

Hotel is well placed for Luxembourg city. We enjoyed our meal in the recently redecorated restaurant. There is a large car park.

The local is rather quite; Personnel is supportive. Good restaurant.

Internet access is too expensive, a today's service that should be for free. No air-conditioning in the room. Too much noise coming from outside.

4-star hotel ut the furniture is quite old, the staff could improve

The facilities (room, swimming pool, bar, breakfast) were good, and the staff were pleasant. The hotel has a spacious reception area, and is in an accessible location. The facilities provided good value for money.

Hard mattresses and only one pillow per person, resulting in an uncomfortable night's sleep. An over-crowded breakfast room, meaning that we had to eat breakfast in the (rather noisy from the TV) bar. No spare towels by the pool.

the indoor swimming pool was not convenient for small kids
