Guests say
Many guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, but there were frequent complaints about poor service, cleanliness issues such as roaches and stained furniture, and maintenance problems with the pool and other amenities. Some guests also reported issues with staff attitude and unhelpfulness, as well as problems with check-in and security. While a few guests found the rooms clean and comfortable, the overall experience was mixed, with negatives outweighing the positives for most reviewers.
