Pros (+) The location was ideal !
Cons (-) This past Saturday at 2 pm, my room had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and asked for my room to be attended to. The young lady at the front desk called housekeeping in my presence and was told it would be taken care of. I returned at 9 pm only to find that my room was just the way I had left it. Bed was not made, no new towels, and the trash had not been taken out. I again went do...

Pros (+) Light filled, modern lobby. Easy parking. Nice breakfast. Very comfortable bed and spacious, modern bathroom. Great, new option in Lubbock for anyone zisiring Texas Tech.
Cons (-) Staff was not as professional as the last time we stayed. My pet peeve is cheap toilet paper... please upgrade.
