Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, making it easy to access major attractions, markets, and the river. The staff consistently received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and personal touch, with several guests highlighting specific staff members who went above and beyond. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with many guests describing the rooms and facilities as tidy and well-maintained. Breakfast was generally appreciated for its convenience and quality. However, a few guests expressed dissatisfaction with value for price and some issues with room availability and noise, but these were less common than the positive feedback.
