Pros (+) Standard room was a bit small (4th floor) as compared to other Best Westerns we've stayed at in the past, but nothing crazy or highly disappointing. Overall, everything was great. We will be staying there again.
Cons (-) The front desk woman at check in didn't seem to know what she was doing when it came to an online reservation. The maid service was knocking on our door at 10:30 am when check out wasn't until noon.
Pros (+) The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Those were the main 2 things I was concerned about. The location was decent, right off the highway pretty much. The breakfast was better than most I've had, and the staff was pleasant.
Cons (-) It's says that there is an outdoor pool but there is not. That's OK, my main concern was the indoor in case our plans got rained out. Other than that, I have no complaints.
Pros (+) The hotel was a great value! It was clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious. The breakfast offered many good choices.
Cons (-) The pool was small, but very nice.
Pros (+) They were very generous with toiletries at the front desk. It was a last-minute trip and they gave us everything we forgot to pack. Room was clean.
