Pros (+) Arrived at hotel at 4:30 pm after a 7 hour drive. Our room was not yet ready. Asked if we could wait at the lounge. The lounge and restaurant were reserved for a private party. They recommended finding an restaurant on the street nearby. We just drove for 7 hours and didn't want to search for a "place" to wait somewhere outside of the hotel.
