Location great for Airport and Beaches, lovely clean hotel, Room was very good with a high standard of cleanliness. Bar staff very friendly although can be very slow service. Overall a lovely hotel.
This was the second time of visiting this year, I do find your front desk not as friendly or helpful as many other places, it would be good if they did take the time to help, especially if you are a returning guest. I emailed the property before I travelled and they didnt respond, I was attending a seminar and my discount wasnt applied to my bill. Little things can make all the difference with good Customer service.

The bed is super comfy and the room is clean. The bathroom is spacious and so is a room which is great as it doesn't make you feel like you are in a box. You are not! You have space to move around, and thats great!
The hotel is great but the wifi.... OMG.. Probably the WORST I have ever encountered! It works ok in the room but in the lobby or the restaurant or near the event room, which is where I spent most of my time here, it was really bad. Basically, it was so super spotty that sometimes you would connect and get disconnected in the middle of call or a chat. Since I attended a conference, I was aalmost all day, for 2.5 days, in conference rooms but... there is NO internet in the conference rooms!! WHAT?? Super upsetting and annoying!
