Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location near food and activities. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and unpleasant odors. Several guests were frustrated by non-functional elevators and a closed or cold pool. Despite some positive experiences with renovated rooms and comfortable beds, ongoing renovations and maintenance problems, including broken doors and low water pressure, negatively impacted many stays.
