Cons: The rooms are really outdated. But for one night it's whatever. Beds are comfy.

Cons: Staff very helpful . Hotel very need of an update. Clean to what they have control over. Bedding very old and used. If they can't afford everything...PLEASE update bedding. Breakfast adequate..more than just Danish and coffee. Close to many places to eat, stores and other needs. Very reasonable rate.

Cons: Our room smelled like someone was smoking in it. I have no idea how it got in there but when you turned on the bathroom light which would make the fan go, it would get worse.

Cons: Breakfast, I wish there were more options, even hot breakfast items like bacon, eggs, etc. The breakfast area is usually always kinda a mess which turns me off from eating. Also I went to get orange juice and looked in my cup to see small pieces of black stuff in it, which happened on more then one occasion

Cons: 1. The headboard of the bed was not connected to the matress, so my pillow would fall in between of the matress and the headboard the whole night. 2. The floor air conditioner was extremely loud.

Cons: It had a creepy feel. The furniture was old as well as the sheets towels and bed. The ice machine was old and the ice was exposed. And it's not pet friendly as advertised

Pros: I made a reservation at 3:40 we were traveling from the Bay Area and we had some traffic and made stops when we got there they tell me there’s no more rooms available and we needed to be there from 4 to 6 like how!!! It’s a 5 1/2 car ride from my location to Long Beach there’s no way! Super disappointed.

Pros: I was within walking distance of where I had to be for work...and I had a place to sleep after working a long couple of days.
Cons: When I arrived, the carpet was so damp that I nearly slipped when I walked into the bathroom. The guy at the front desk said I would get cleaning service after my second night, but when I came back at 2pm, my bed wasn't made and I still had dirty towels. There was a loud shouting match between a couple in the room next to me that took place around 9am as I was waking up and carried on for a good two hours. Little Cambodia is not the safest neighborhood in Long Beach, I don't plan on staying there the next time I have to be in Long Beach for business.

Cons: Horrible location - homeless people living in the bottom of it, definitely not a walkable location. Maid service changed towels daily but that was it - never made the bed once during whole trip.

Cons: Upon opening the door, there was an immediate stench and could not figure out if it was from the AC or the carpet, and it was constant. The towels were like sandpaper. Aside from that, it was clean and quiet and walking distance to good Cambodian food. I really wasn't expecting much, and I didn't need the room for very long, but I do feel it was a bit overpriced.
